As soon as I was diagnosed, (which for months I was erroneously treated for bleeding hemorrhoid's), I started researching alternative therapy centers. When I found a clinic in Mexico, I was extremely excited mainly because I had heard of most of the treatments I would receive and would be starting treatment earlier than most. Unfortunately most people do not go to these clinics until they are told "there is nothing else we can do for you".
Dr. Martinez spent a great deal of time explaining procedures, what to expect, and offered a zoom call where we could get a virtual tour of the hospital. We were a bit hesitant traveling but this was the most efficient service I could have imagined. We arrived at airport and was picked up and driven across the border to the hospital all within an hour, I spent one week inpatient and the focus was on reducing inflammation. I was very impressed with my medical protocol while I was there.
The staff was very kind and caring. Never a long wait when I pushed the call light. Meals were adequate and needs were met. I am currently still being treated in the States and continue to be in contact with Dr. Martinez for ongoing issues. We stay in contact through text and email.

Our IV room and the clinic. as a whole, were clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit served at breakfast. Good quality, organic, and so very tasty. The food preparers worked hard to make sure that my dietary needs were fulfilled as I have a few food intolerances. Because of this, I felt my meals were a bit bland and boring, but I also understand their position on my dietary restrictions.
The staff from food prep to nurses to doctors, even the gentleman who greeted us at the door each morning--so pleasant and so willing to help make one comfortable. I found the nurses to be very competent and also willing to take the time to use the language translation on their phones when communicating with me. We were checked on regularly. The staff kept our IV going consistently, and I knew there were many days when they probably went home very tired because of their diligence at the clinic.
The doctor, Dr. Martinez, was amazing. He laughed with us, joked with us, answered any questions we had, listened very carefully to our concerns and spent time with us. His knowledge seems to be never ending. It was all so interesting. There is not a single doctor in the U.S. who will spend more than 10 to 15 minutes with a patient. Dr. Martinez really studied my blood work. He found things that the U.S. doctor had managed to skip over with her glance at the paperwork in her hands. She missed a bladder infection among some other very important factors--factors in which Dr. Martinez addressed. He was never rushed and always asked us how we felt. He came in several times during the day.
Dr. Martinez was my sole reason for attending this clinic. From the very first time I requested information, he never ignored a call, text, or email. He usually responded within 20 minutes at the most. He was thorough, patient and extremely knowledgeable.
He also appeared to have a good relationship with other staff members. They all seemed to work well together.
The business office also went far beyond what would be expected of them. Their willingness to work with us really helped. One of them actually brought up her laptop to make it easier for me to contact my banking institution.

Our hotel room was reserved for us and a daily ride to and from the clinic was taken care of--again, all through the work of a member of the staff there at the clinic. Every thing that could possibly be done to help us feel comfortable was done by the staff members. It was like a stress-free vacation for me. Although, I didn't want to spend quite so much on the hotel, I will say that with the van service to and from the clinic each day, and the connected restaurant which had really good food, it all worked out quite well.

I have been consulting with Dr Martinez since 2019. His medical advice is always professional, encouraging, positive, clear, realistic and comprehensible. This enabled me to understand my condition and the treatment. After consultations with my UK NHS I always have a follow up consultation with Dr Martinez. The UK NHS Oncologists are excellent but the protocol to which they have to adhere does not align with my long standing preference for holistic treatment. Dr Martinez’s holistic advice is centred on MY condition and not on a standard protocol.

Dr. Martinez has got outstanding bedside manners. He was by my side during my recovery and healing for two years. He reassured me that I would be just fine and now I am celebrating every day of my life as a precious gift being cancer free. When you face a scary diagnose, it is so important to have somebody who really cares and who is supportive on your recovery journey. I was very lucky to have Dr. Martinez who helped to get through the most stressful time of my life.

The general experience was pleasant and good results. I had received before arriving radiation and surgery that did not had the desired results. Many lymphnodes where remove and the base of my tongue was also cut, after came the radiation that I didn't finished because I could not handle it. The experience left me with problems to eat, speak and constantly in pain. I sent my medical information to Dr.Martinez and he answered on the same day and said that he needed to see the extent of the surgery to better understand. After he wrote a treatment program with pain management that included natural oral and topical treatments, the oral capsules could be opened an go in my feeding tube with out problems. The pain reduce significantly after 3 days of treatment and my general state also improved. Dr. Martinez was very professional and never sugar coated what my situation was, he explained what my doctors did not and also explained what my options are and what to expect with the treatment. The nutritionist is very knowledgeable and gave me specific recipes for a person in my condition

Was diagnosed with stage 3 gall bladder cancer. Had consulted several doctors which they did not know what to make of it. Surgery then chemo was the only unsure option recommended. Frustrated and feeling hopeless my daughter started looking into alternative treatments and got in touch with Dr Martinez thru a good friend. We did not hesitate and booked a flight right away.
We are truly grateful for his compassion and commitment to battling this ugly situation. This attitude has helped in the overall result experienced. We are still going thru the treatments but feeling way much better physically and with much hope! Best Care on Planet Earth. Dr. Francisco Martinez is completely hands on and available 24/7. He has literally walked with me to All associated appointments(i.e. surgeon consult/Radiology consult &Setup). Nothing falls through the cracks and everything is handled in a very timely manner by a very competent staff. They also offer treatments approved in other developed countries that may not be available in our home country.

If you are tired of the "run-around" common in the US- (waiting for tests/appointments/results for weeks or months just to be sent to another doctor to then wait some more, along with a narrow treatment protocol)--The run around stops here.

This is what medical care should be everywhere. Excellent! My family and I Highly recommend!! Do not hesitate.

Since my cancer was very aggressive triple negative I had to use chemo, but thanks to Dr. Martínez that he combined with integrative IV and oral treatments I did not experience any side effects, none of the vomiting, severe weakness nor reduction in my Immunity that I was expecting. I did lose my hair, it grew back : )

Hospital treatment for 7 days: I was happy to find that this is a COVID-19 free hospital! I received full blood testing and other screening scans, intravenous Protocols, one on one Daily Medical doctor consults, 3 organic meals per day and 24 hour Dr/Nurse care.

I will continue under his care and to travel here for my yearly scans and health checkups.
