Medical Condition stage 4 melanoma

I am extremely grateful for the treatment and care I have received at St Andrews Clinic in Tijuana, Mexico for stage 4 melanoma. I attended the clinic in July and October in 2018. My PET scan on my return to Sydney Australia in August revealed metastatic melanoma in the both lungs had completely gone and a lymph node mass in my pelvis had decreased 1cm and gone from 22 SUV uptake to 5. Additionally, satellite melanoma lymph node swelling in my pelvis around the mass had ceased.

After being in pain for 12 months prior to attending the clinic I was very excited to return to Australia pain free.

In October I returned for a two-week booster working on decreasing the pelvic mass and boosting my immune response. Again, the treatment strategy has made subtle clinical changes in a matter of 14 days.

St Andrews has become an integral part of my recovery process.

Special thanks to Drs Cedeno and Munoz for their medical expertise, Gar and Christeene Hildenbrand for their cancer research knowledge and diligence. Clinical nurse Ester Martinez who administers therapies with precision and experience. Ani and Alma who make all the meals with love and a smile. A great team of Drs, researchers and support staff who make a huge contribution and difference in the lives of many through their skills, compassion and care.

I look forward to my future and my continued association with the St Andrews and once again say thank you for your help and support.
