A body that is fighting disease requires all of its resources to regain health. There are many ways in which you can do this. – Keep all electronic devices away from your body as much as possible, especially when sleeping.

-Stop using the microwave. Microwave ovens are another big source of EMF exposure. While they seem harmless, microwaves cook food differently than traditional cooking methods and can pose some health concerns.
