R-MOP is a 90-day program for people who have finished active cancer treatment. You start with a 50-minute visit with Charles J. Meakin, MD, a board-certified radiation oncologist with more than 35 years of experience, who reviews your labs and history and gives you a written metabolic plan. Then a board-certified health coach works with you one-on-one to turn that plan into habits that fit your real life: how you eat, move, sleep and get your energy back. R-MOP works alongside your oncologist, never instead of them.
No commitment. Information only.
For months, your calendar was full of scans, appointments and decisions, and a whole team was focused on you. Then you hear “remission,” and the structure disappears.
What should I eat now? How do I get my energy back? Is this fatigue normal? Your oncologist is watching for recurrence, which is exactly their job. These questions usually fall to you.
R-MOP is built for that gap: a physician to decide what should change, and a coach to help you actually do it.
You get portal access, fill in your health history, and have baseline metabolic labs drawn, so your physician reads your real numbers.
A 50-minute visit with Dr. Meakin to review your history, labs, current care and priorities. You leave with a written metabolic strategy and a short list of where to start.
A 60-minute session with Chelsea, your board-certified health coach. Pick the goals that matter and turn your plan into a few actions that fit your week.
A second 60-minute session with Chelsea. Keep what’s working, fix what isn’t, and leave with habits you can sustain.
Continue for $229/month if you choose: a physician follow-up in Month 4, coaching in Months 5 and 6, and the cycle repeats. Cancel any time after your first 90 days.
Each one makes sense. None was built for the questions you have now.
R-MOP is the fourth path: an oncologist who reads your labs, and a coach who helps you live the plan.
One clear price for your first 90 days, then month to month if you choose to continue.
The first 90 days cannot be cancelled. Approved refunds are issued at 75% of the total fee. Self-pay; insurance is not billed and superbills are not provided. HSA/FSA funds may be eligible.
Board-certified radiation oncologist · 35+ years in cancer care
Dr. Meakin has cared for people with cancer for more than 35 years, including 24 years as Medical Director of Radiation Oncology at CaroMont Cancer Center. Over those years, patients kept asking him the same questions about food, movement, energy and life after treatment, and a standard clinic visit rarely left time to answer them. He founded Metabolic Care to change that.
In R-MOP, he reviews your history and labs and builds your written metabolic strategy.
National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach · Registered nurse
Chelsea started her career as a nurse (BSN, University of South Carolina), working at the bedside and later in healthcare leadership. Today she is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach, so she understands the medical side of your plan and knows how to turn it into everyday habits.
Instead of handing you a rigid meal plan, she works with you on realistic changes that fit your life and that you can keep long after the program ends.
