Does CBD work for lupus?

I've been diagnosed with lupus and heard that CBD might help with my symptoms. Does CBD actually work for lupus, and what benefits might I expect?

I would suggest seeking a consultation for guidance, since cannabis should not be combined with prescriptions including those recommended for Lupus (especially CBD!). In general, THC may be better option for addressing autoimmune disorders.
