How is natural healing used in cancer treatment?

I'm interested in alternative cancer treatments and heard about natural healing methods. How is natural healing used in cancer treatment, and what are some common practices or therapies involved?

Natural healing methods can be integrated into cancer care to complement conventional treatments like chemotherapy and surgery, helping to manage side effects and improve quality of life. Mind-Body Practices, such as meditation, yoga, and hypnotherapy, can reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue associated with cancer and its treatments.    Herbal Supplements like turmeric and ginger may have anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting effects, but it's essential to consult with your oncologist before taking any supplements, as they can interact with cancer medications.    Dietary Changes, including a balanced plant-based diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, can support overall health during cancer treatment.  Other Complementary Therapies, like massage, acupuncture, aromatherapy, and music therapy, can help alleviate stress, pain, nausea, and other side effects of cancer treatment.  It is crucial to discuss any complementary or natural approaches with an integrative oncology healthcare professional to ensure they don't interfere with cancer treatments or have harmful effects.
