What is the optimum dosage of curcumin for brain tumor?

Hi guys, my sister was diagnosed with Glioblastoma yesterday, and I've been searching for what feels like hours online, looking for everything that may help. I read that curcumin in turmeric may inhibit cancer cell growth. Does anyone here know how much she should take for it to be effective?

The optimal dosage of curcumin for brain tumors isn't definitively established. Curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, has been researched for its potential anti-cancer properties, but findings specific to brain tumors are still preliminary.

Dosage Ranges:  Doses in clinical studies vary, often between 500 to 2,000 mg per day for health benefits. For cancer, higher doses are sometimes used, depending on the formulation and enhanced absorption techniques like adding piperine (from black pepper).

Bioavailability Concerns: Curcumin has poor bioavailability, so it's often combined with substances that improve its absorption.

Medical Supervision: Brain tumor treatment requires careful medical oversight. Any use of curcumin should be discussed with a healthcare provider to ensure it fits safely with other treatments.

Before considering any integrative approach, consult with an integrative healthcare professional.
