She was so helpful in directing me to the correct clinic that can work with her lifestyle. The other thing that I have never been given was the first 3 digits of the phone # where the callback would be from. This way I could prevent missing the call or receiving another SPAM call. If you reach out, ask to speak with her. She has even continued to follow up.

My wife and I have been navigating our sons cancer diagnosis and treatments since May of 2024. Recently we started to explore treatments at clinics outside the US as there is no standard of care remaining for his rare diagnosis. To be honest the process of finding a clinic is daunting and it is hard to know who to trust. I am not sure how, but we stumbled upon Heal Navigator and Paityn. She is easy to get in touch with, honest and knowledgable about many of the clinics around the world. While we are still early in the process and have yet to make a decision as to which, if any, clinics we will pick, I can confidently say that Heal Navigator made this task much easier and gives us a level of comfort that whatever decision we make is a good one.
