ITC - Immunity Therapy Center

I underwent a hearing loss treatment at the Immunity Treatment Center in Tijuana about 40 days ago, after being told by many places that there were no stem cell treatments available for my condition. The staff was very friendly, and the facilities were nice, which initially gave me hope. However, after paying $5,500 for the treatment and being promised improvements within a month, I have seen no positive changes. In fact, my hearing has worsened, and I now struggle to hear even with the phone next to my ear.
I reached out to the center about a week ago, and while they promised a follow-up, I have not received any meaningful response. I also recommended this treatment to a friend, but thankfully, they decided not to proceed after hearing about my experience.
I hope to receive some clarity and support in my upcoming appointment. For now, I can only share my current frustration and urge others to thoroughly research and consider their options before proceeding

It pains me to write this review because in many ways, this was a 5 star experience for me. The nurses and staff are amazing, the core treatments are very good, and the price is comparatively reasonable for what you are receiving. But I was lied to by the doctors about my protocol. I came to this clinic specifically after doing a search for ozone and cancer in Mexico because the tumor I had been living with and had stabilized for the past 3 years grew exponentially after the discovery of mold in my home. I knew that I needed something that could kill the mold while also treating the cancer. I emailed ITC first and told them that I was most interested in the ozone program. I had an initial phone call with a doctor again stressing that I needed ozone. I had another call to ask follow up questions in which I asked if I could do ozone 5 days in a row if needed. They said that could be done but they would need to evaluate me once I got there. I also asked if I could get a heavy metals test done there. They said yes. So once I arrived, I noticed that there was no ozone on my sheet but only UBI (Ultraviolet blood irridiation). That’s usually done in conjunction with ozone so I assumed that was it. But during my 2nd week, I started to realize that ozone was not being done! In fact there was no ozone at all even though it’s listed in their list of potential therapies. Also heavy metal testing was not available since it would take 15 days to get results. So basically my understanding is that they will say whatever they need to in order to get you in the door. And part of their strategy is that they list many therapies that they do not actually do on their website in order to appear in different searches. Again, I want to stress that I really do think their core program is effective. Everyone pretty much gets the same basic treatments with variations in IVs depending on if you’re doing low dose chemo or not. I was able to do more B17/DMSO and chelation since I opted not to do chemo. The superstar nurses are often treating a number of people at the same time so I don’t think it’s possible to really have a completely individualized program. So I completely understand not having ozone. But to have a doctor lie to my face about my treatments is a terrible breach of the doctor/patient relationship and left a bad taste in my mouth.
A few other small matters that came up. There are other procedures that they advise that will cost anywhere from $1800 - approx $5000. If you are spending an extra $5000 and have to stay at the clinic for 12 hours, food should be included. They charged me $6 for a smoothie and I heard other people complain about all the extra charges for food if you have a special diet like keto. Finally, they need to inform people of extra charges up front, like the additional fee if you are coming from San Diego to an area of Tijuana that’s not in the central zone, as well as a fee for the medical license that the driver needs to bring you back to San Diego. It should not be the job of the driver to ask for that money. I know it’s small, but little things like this plus the doctors lying to me point to a lack of honesty and transparency that need to be remedied.
Also just be aware that there is an optional take home program that can get pricey. It’s split between supplements, nutritional supplements, their immunotherapies, and devices. You can pick what you want to get but it could be up to $12,000.
Ultimately, I’d like to thank all the incredible people I met, the nurses and all the restaurant folks who really went above and beyond in their friendliness and care for every patient. Despite the disappointment, I am getting better and I could see changes in my body very quickly. I’m grateful for the experience as it taught me how to be stronger in every way, mind body and soul, and to be more careful about trusting doctors. Keep asking questions! It’s your life and your body, you need to advocate fearlessly for yourself at all times!!

Very knowledgeable and kind staff. My experience for the 3 weeks I was in Mexico, was wonderful. I was taken care of by the most beautiful people. Doctors are always there to guide you and be supportive.

Amazing!!! The care, the treatment and the experienced made all the difference in fighting this awful disease ! Thankful to ITC for buying us more time and saving my life.

I wanted to be in remission when I left but didn’t make it. They wanted me to stay til I was bout I knew I could do it at home! When I got there it was in 3 lympniods. When I left it had shrunk and was no longer in the lympniods

The care was amazing. Worked hard to treat secondary conditions that became life threatening. Cleared many of them up and were able to get rid of cancer pain. Unfortunately my father contracted COVID despite being vaccinated and died quickly while receiving cancer treatment.

My cancer shrunk from being in four body systems to just a small tumor in my lung.

The staff was so caring and lovely. The food was all organic and keto and prepared with so much love. The treatments that the gave her around the chemo I'm convinced are the reason she's in remission and has more energy than even before she was diagnosed with cancer.

I'm writing on behalf of Janina Peregudow ( I am her daughter in law, and her support through treatment) as her first language is Polish. Mum had emergency surgery to remove obstruction from the colon in Dec 2018, on which they found it was colon cancer. With CT they then found it had metastasized to the lungs. She did 5 months of traditional chemo and it did nothing except make her very ill. At this point she finally agreed to go with me to Mexico for alternative treatments. I had tried to get her to come here first, but there was to much pressure from the oncologist. I want to note that the first thing they say is that Chemo/Radiation is not a cure, but that you must do it if you want to live. There are no supporting treatments given at all, not even suggested. I think mums only saving grace during those 5 months is that she went for high dose Vitamin C twice a week which helped her to stay strong and counter some of the side effects of chemo. So we came here to ITC in Tijuana,Mexico, and after 3 weeks, mums lesions in her lungs had shrunk by 1/3. We opted to stay another three weeks to keep supercharging her system and healing her body. We have one week of treatments left to go before we head back home to Canada and expect great results. From there mum will continue the diet and there is a take home protocol to follow. Mum has felt amazing during her treatments with good energy and great spirit. The atmosphere here is amazing and supportive. The doctors and nurses are incredible, and Tijuana is very safe. A couple things I will tell you just to get started is CUT OUT ALL SUGAR and much of the carbs. Sugar FEEDS CANCER and accelerates its growth up to 10x. Start a detox, and drink lots of alkaline water.

This is the most outstanding center!! The moment you step through the door you are greeted like long lost family! You instantly breathe a sigh of relief and know that everything is going to be ok and that you are in the best of hands!! You are treated like you matter!! The various therapies offered are incredible! Too much to go into detail in a review! I highly recommend this place! I loved the environment so much I didn’t want to leave!
