An Integrative Nurse is a Call Away

5/5

Whether you are new to cannabis and need to learn the basics, or have been experimenting for a while and are looking to maximize the benefits, the cannabis nurses in the Heal Navigator network are here to help.

While considering a cannabis protocol you’re probably trying to find answers to some urgent questions:

  • How do l know if medical cannabis is right for me?
  • What are the right strains / ratio / dosing?
  • What if cannabis isn’t legal yet in my state/country?
  • How to monitor my progression?
  • How to avoid interactions with other medication?

An Integrative Nurse is available to help you find the protocol that’s best for you!

What patients say about the consultation:

“Elizabeth Sherwood was beyond helpful, very knowledgeable about the fenbendazole, how to use it, what to ask Drs and what tests to get. She just made me feel very comfortable about what I’m doing. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for answers.”

“The nurse was SO GREAT. Kind, helpful, lots of good tips and resources. Really listened and answered all of our questions. A great feeling to know there is someone that is available for questions and explain the process of everything. Especially on the alternative medicine side when your regular oncologist really can’t recommend things out of the 'standard of care options'.”

“The session was excellent!! The nurse did a wonderful job of listening to my symptoms, my journey and concerns. She explained treatment options, and she shared a suggested protocol. An outstanding service for those seeking alternative treatments!”

Eighteen states plus Washington D.C. have legalized the recreational use of cannabis (marijuana). Approximately twenty other states have legalized medical marijuana.  The requirements for obtaining a medical marijuana card vary from state to state. Your Heal Navigator cannabis nurse will provide assistance to residents of any state, with a discussion about resources for obtaining safe access.

Cannabis has been used by some families of pediatric patients.  We would encourage a referral to someone in your state or area who is familiar with the use of cannabis for pediatric cancers.

Yes, rare cancers do present a different type of challenge.  Your Heal Navigator nurse will discuss these challenges in a bit more detail.  If you are interested in a consultation about a rare type of cancer, it is important to provide your pathology report or the precise pathological diagnosis prior to your consultation, to allow your nurse to adequately prepare prior to your consultation.
