How can baking soda be administered to treat cancer?

I've come across some claims about using baking soda as a treatment for cancer. How can baking soda be administered for this purpose, and is there any scientific evidence to support its effectiveness?

Various methods of administering baking soda have been explored, including oral administration, direct injection into tumors, and nanoparticle delivery systems.  These methods aim to target the tumor site while minimizing systemic effects. Overall, using baking soda to modulate the tumor microenvironment shows potential as an adjuvant therapy to enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy drugs, particularly for cancers characterized by acidic and drug-resistant tumors.    Potential benefits:  Some studies suggest that baking soda might: > Reactivate dormant cancer cells, making them more susceptible to chemotherapy > Improve the effectiveness of immunotherapy by affecting T cell activation > Enhance the delivery of cancer drugs to tumor sites
