Is full-spectrum CBD legal?

I'm interested in trying full-spectrum CBD but I'm worried about the legal implications. Is full-spectrum CBD legal in my area, and are there any specific regulations I should be aware of?

CBD is legal in all 50 states of the US, as long as it meets the 2018 Hemp Act maximum of 0.3% THC.
