About AMSEL Biohealth Center

AMSEL Biohealth Center in partnership with pioneer Dr. Thomas Rau, brings the principles of Swiss Biological Medicine to Bangkok, Thailand, offering a gentle, root-cause approach to chronic illness, integrative cancer care, and complex health conditions. Designed to bridge European medical innovation with the warmth of Thai hospitality, the clinic focuses on restoring the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms rather than simply managing symptoms.

Care at the clinic is built on three core pillars:

1. Deep cellular detoxification

2. Gut and immune resilience

3. Cellular regeneration.

By integrating advanced diagnostics, the medical team uncovers hidden metabolic blockages, heavy metal burdens, and systemic inflammation.

Treatment programs are custom-tailored for each individual, blending non-invasive European biological therapies, oxidative medicine, and targeted nutrient IVs with Eastern wellness traditions including Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Situated in a calm, hotel-like environment, the clinic provides a safe and supportive setting for patients seeking sustainable, long-term health recovery.

I never write reviews because I believe everyone is entitled to their own experience and perspective. But this one felt different. Some experiences are simply too meaningful not to share, and this was one of them. I arrived at Amsel BioHealth center with a degree of scepticism. Like many people, I have learned that not everything is as it is presented, so naturally I wondered whether this would be any different. From the very first WhatsApp message, Vincent made us feel genuinely welcome. His kindness, professionalism, and patience immediately reassured us that we were in the right hands. He guided us through every step with genuine care, making the whole experience feel effortless before we had even arrived. My family and I came because we wanted more than a health assessment. Like most people, we know our bodies, but we wanted to understand them on a much deeper level so we could make better-informed decisions for our future. As a parent, my greatest hope was for my teenage daughter. Like so many families today, we are raising children in a world filled with social media, influencers, and endless opinions about health. More than anything, I wanted her to gain a genuine understanding of her own body so that her decisions would be guided by knowledge rather than by the latest trend or the loudest voice. Watching Dr. Phil with her was the highlight of our visit. It felt less like a consultation and more like a fascinating science class. He has a remarkable gift for explaining the human body in a way that is clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I found myself just as fascinated as my daughter. Seeing her completely absorbed, asking questions, and genuinely wanting to learn was something I will never forget. Although it is called Amsel BioHealth Center,I found myself thinking of it as a sanctuary. Not because of the building or the treatments, but because of the people, the atmosphere, and the genuine desire to educate and empower others. We left with a completely different understanding of our health and, more importantly, of ourselves. Every doctor ,therapist we met brought their own expertise, kindness, and humility. Even the restaurant reflected the same philosophy, with fresh, nourishing, and delicious food that completed the experience. To Vincent, Dr. Phil, and every member of the Amsel BioHealth family, thank you for making us feel like part of your family. Thank you for sharing your knowledge so generously and for giving our family something that will stay with us for a lifetime. That is why, although it is called Amsel BioHealth center it will always be our sanctuary.❤️❤️❤️❤️From D

To be honest, my initial experience at AMSEL Biohealth Center was driven by a mix of curiosity and skepticism. I had long heard of numerous centers in Thailand that touted detoxification, conditioning, and even adjunctive treatment for serious illnesses. In this age of highly transparent information, a simple online search reveals a plethora of seemingly comprehensive and even enticing health programs. However, this very diversity of information and abundance of options can also make judgment difficult, leaving me with a lingering question: On what medical foundation are these treatments based? And are they truly suitable for me? After actually experiencing AMSEL, my perspective began to shift. This is not simply an institution that provides "treatments," but an integrative platform that attempts to return to the essence of medicine. Within its clear and consistent medical thought framework, they don't rush to provide "solutions," but instead take the time to understand the person's overall condition—focusing not only on current physiological indicators but also tracing back to the individual's lifestyle, stress structure, environmental exposure, and even the accumulated effects of their upbringing. This multi-dimensional analytical approach made me realize for the first time that "health problems" are often not issues of a single organ, but rather the result of long-term accumulation. While most institutions remain symptom- and organ-oriented, I found that AMSEL is returning to a more fundamental perspective. One point that impressed me deeply is that the core of the human body is in the cell, and true repair must begin at the cellular level. This statement seems simple, but when it is systematically applied throughout the entire assessment and adjustment process, it helps one understand why many superficial treatments often fail to provide lasting results. At AMSEL, I didn't feel "treated," but rather "understood." A rare balance—emphasizing scientific evidence and systematic analysis while maintaining respect and understanding. This "rational yet compassionate" approach to healthcare is key to building trust. They don't reduce people to mere data sets, but rather treat them as unique individuals with a journey, deserving of respect. For me, this experience wasn't just about encountering a healthcare model willing to take the time to understand me and confront the true nature of my health. It was more like seizing an opportunity to adjust my thinking—to rediscover "health" and "cherish my body." Among numerous health options, this "integrative" healthcare model, centered on the cell, taking a holistic view, and prioritizing the individual, offers a relatively clear and worthwhile direction for exploration. Coupled with the AMSEL team's distinctly Thai warmth and sincerity, it is itself a valuable asset. PS Mok Singapore

Hsiao Seow, Taipei As I've reached what's considered the "golden age" of life, I've begun to deeply understand that health is not merely the absence of disease, but rather the stability and harmony of the body's internal order. In the past, I always thought that a regular lifestyle and a light diet were enough to ensure a smooth journey. However, in recent years, I've frequently experienced inexplicable discomfort and anxiety—my physical condition is giving me a different kind of reminder; while not necessarily a clear, acute illness, it doesn't truly bring peace of mind. This reminder is prompting me to re-examine the "quality of life" and to become aware of whether we truly understand our own bodies. With this in mind, I bought a plane ticket and flew directly to Bangkok, stepping into the AMSEL Biohealth Center. My first impression was that it lacked the coldness of typical medical institutions, instead offering a healing space that combined precise testing with human warmth. For the first time, I discovered that this Swiss precision medicine concept wasn't just a stacking of high technology, but a meticulous respect for individual differences—from testing and constitution analysis to recommendations, the two-week process felt like reading a personalized "life report." The center's medical team comes from diverse national backgrounds; they are experienced yet meticulous, kind and warm. The overall atmosphere at AMSEL allowed even the most anxious heart to find peace and comfort. Most heartwarming and precious was the "sincerity and blessing" I deeply felt during the treatments. Pond and Beer's genuine smiles, Maria's steady experience, Tyra's gentle guidance, Gung's loyalty and dedication... made the entire treatment more than just "treatment"; it felt like a "heartfelt journey of healing." Here, I began to understand anew: true health is not about fighting symptoms, but about returning to the body itself, adjusting and balancing it, restoring its original wisdom and order. This natural biological therapy originating from Switzerland allowed me to experience a possibility different from before, a direction worth pondering—facing various conditions in my body: not rushing to suppress them, but understanding them from their source; not just improving them, but gently adjusting and rebuilding them. For me, this was not only an experience seeking relief from discomfort, but also a precious process of relearning "how to treat life with kindness." Now, back in real life, my daily routine has naturally become more conscious. Because I have gained a greater understanding of the mysteries of the body that sustain life, I am more mindful of taking each step in the future with a healthy body and mind. AMSEL has given me a gentle yet firm starting point.

So I came here with Zameer and we decided to try out some of their amazing machines and boy we were impressed!! We did a few different treatments all around and each displayed a different metric & at the end - our overall score!! Mine was 79/100 (need minor improvements) Zameer was 89/100 We both got our vitals checked that’s the first thing they did they checked our height and weight on blood pressure just to keep a record of our metrics! We then walked over to a golf simulator machine where we were tested our agility and flexibility while we’re playing golf this machine contest more than just golf it can be tested for many other sports activities in terms of your muscle alignment to your body symmetry so that was really cool! I got a pretty good score if I do say so myself just a bit of constriction in my shoulders I guess! We tried the hyperthermia treatment where as lay down and and we get a gel put on and then there’s this machine that they rub and it while she’s rubbing it on the area of where you’re sore like sore neck or lower back or it could be muscles as well so they rub it and then that rubbing creates a very strong thermal heat but you can have it turned down depending on how much heat you can withstand! Then we went up to another area where there was another machine where you lay down on an electrical mat and it was hooked up to a machine where you can feel soft gentle electrical currents come through your body to reset whatever it needed to reset I can’t remember the name of the machine but it was very cool I can feel things adjusting! Then after that we went back downstairs and we’ve got the fascia pulling treatment! This was a very interesting procedure because they see where you’re feeling very tight and then they do a very cool procedure where they hold and pull and hold it for seconds maybe sometimes even up to more than a minute and then they let go it’s a gentle but impactful treatment but you can certainly feel it after because you feel less tense around those areas! And after everything is sudden done you sit with the two doctors and they go over the full assessment as to what your score is and what was needed for you to improve and based on your overall score they give you the paperwork so that you can take it home and work on it there’s a yoga studio in here there is an upper lounge plus there’s an amazing vegan restaurant which we went to afterwards! We were famished by the time we finished all of these tests and we couldn’t be more excited to try out this new restaurant called the Living Table .. as Zameer ❤️🥰 ❤️ and I are big foodies!! Check out our review of the living table on here!! Highly recommended to go here to check out your holistic health and anything else you wanna try this is the place to go there very accommodating courteous polite and super friendly and they really do know what they’re doing! I completed the 4-week executive program at AMSEL Biohealth Center and had a great experience. The diagnostics were very detailed and the doctors took time to explain everything. Some therapies like the yoga sessions, sound healing, and especially the colonic were real highlights for me. The nutritional consultation and 21-day hormone reset also changed how I think about food and being more mindful. The team was very warm and professional, Faith in particular made the whole journey feel safe and well coordinated. It’s a lot of information to take in over 4 weeks, but you can really feel the intention and medical depth behind what they do. The center itself is beautiful, clean, and uses high-end equipment. It’s only about 18 minutes from the city and there’s plenty of parking, which makes it very convenient. The schedule can feel quite tight if you’re doing multiple therapies in one day, but overall the experience was positive and I left feeling lighter and more aware of my health. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a more integrative and preventative approach to wellness. Also, their restaurant Living Table was also very delicious and food experience was wholesome.

I spent 8 days at Amsel, dedicating 6 hours each day from 10 am to 4 pm to their treatments and consultations. Being the critical Virgo that I am, I tried nearly all of their treatments (except for one or two) just to see whether this place genuinely deserves my return when it’s time to focus on restoring my health. Well, Amsel did not disappoint. Amazing doctors, top-notch equipment, professionally trained specialists operating each machine, and a warm welcoming environment all around. I noticed medical-grade air purifiers at every corner, and when I found out they used certified Zero VOC paints throughout the building, I knew these people were serious about what they do. I’m a carnivore and had never eaten vegan food in my entire life. But the little restaurant Living Table under the same roof proved to me that vegan dishes can taste just as amazing without meat. They even taught me what Raw Vegan actually means. Special shoutout to the doctors, physiotherapist, and nutritionist for generously sharing tips and tricks I can practice on my own, especially since I’m not a local. Amsel makes healing feel painless and effortless. Best part? I don’t have to travel all the way to Switzerland anymore. It’s closer now and far more affordable in Asian currency. Kay. I had an incredible 6-day experience at Amsel. For years, I struggled with slip discs and visited a physio almost every week for 1.5 years. After my treatments here, my local physiotherapist was amazed by my improvement. I now only need maintenance sessions and no longer feel any pressure on my back even 2 weeks after returning from BKK. The results were truly astonishing! What impressed me most was their Bioresonance scan, which gave me valuable insights into my inner health imbalances and early signs of dysfunction before any disease could develop. It helped me understand my body better and take necessary actions. Additionally, their colon hydrotherapy and lymphatic therapy were fantastic! It was painless and leaving me feeling lighter, relaxed, and able to enjoy a good night’s sleep. Vincent at the front desk was exceptional, taking care of my needs and treatment schedule. I felt like he is my personal assistant 😂 cuz he takes notes during my consultations and checking in on me after each treatment. Not forgetting, they have one of the delicious vegan food! Im not a fan of vegan cuisine but Living Table here changed my tastebud 🤪 I ate cacao bowl 3 days in a row 😂 I would strongly recommend Amsel for holistic wellness as they offer the most advanced technology to improve our wellbeing inside-out. ✨✨✨ Will definitely come back here for maintainence!
