I can not vouch for the treatment itself as sadly we lost our Dad a month after he received his last treatment. However we were extremely disappointed with the level of communication we got. We were promised so much at the start in terms of how much support we would get from them, once the money changed hands it was very hard to get answers, and our dates kept getting changing, delaying the treatments. The project management side of the company is very poor and they don't seem to care as much as they have you believe at the start. We would ask them questions and be told we would get a reply as soon as possible and never hear back. When we emailed to inform them of our dads passing , we were met with silence.
