The BioMed Hospital

After I was in this clinic five times, I noticed that the food was getting worse and worse, not freshly cooked, a lot of frozen food or leftovers from the previous days were mixed together and served as a salad. Unfortunately, communication such as sending blood results to other clinics does not work. For this reason I only give hyperthermia treatments three stars.

Great and exceptional special clinic. Unique far and wide. All employees are nice, courteous and empathetic. Recommendation from me.

My husband has been to the clinic twice. He says here you are a person and not a number. Nice reception, great doctors, great therapists and nurses and the delicious food. The stay was very good for him and helped him a little further in the fight against his illness. He is already looking forward to his next stay in February 2023 Heiner from the Black Forest

I was in the clinic for the first time as a patient in November 22. Kudos to all areas of the clinic, here every patient is really taken care of holistically. Admission, domestic care, med. Supply, pastoral care, therapy area ...... all only praiseworthy. They take their time, ask about complaints and problems with genuine interest, take the patient seriously and look for possible solutions. Within 8 days I felt relief! I am grateful for the medical care in this clinic and I have my next appointment in 3 months.

I've been coming here every 3 months for over a year. Staff is super nice friendly and hard-working nursing staff, doctors, kitchen, cleaning and administration. Again and again you meet fellow patients who you have met here before. Unfortunately, since Corona there has always been a lack of staff, especially in the physio department, so that you only have hyperthermia, little to no physio use apart from andulation (massage table) and magnetic field. Unfortunately, doctors rarely recommend individually tailored therapies, you have to find what you are looking for yourself, you learn a lot from fellow patients and if you talk to the doctor yourself, you learn that vitamin C, curcumin and artesunate infusions are possible, you have to do everything but bring your own. There are great doctors who also do some top-notch things. Hyperthermia is carried out superbly and with me with the addition of vitamin C. Inflexible if you don't have vitamin C with you, you can't buy it. Reserved for private patients only. It is a good place to relax and leave everyday life behind. There are renovated rooms but most are dated but clean. Unfortunately, food is not freshly cooked, but is delivered frozen and then prepared in the kitchen, thawed. But it's okay, for the 8 days. In the morning there is also muesli and also the possibility to get rice milk, oat milk etc. on request.

I am very grateful to have been given a place in this wonderful clinic and can wholeheartedly recommend it. My doctor is very competent and empathetic. I always feel very well looked after here.

I was totally surprised that the doctors and nursing staff can take so much time for the patients. All very friendly, courteous and everything very relaxed. Was thrilled and will be back soon.

This clinic performed a small miracle within 10 days. Thank you!!! After chemo and radiation, I struggled with exhaustion and pain. I went home fitter with hardly any pain. For me, after months of pain, it is a relief. The immune status is checked and deficiencies are specifically corrected. I tolerate hyperthermia very well and this method of treatment makes sense. The kitchen staff is great and fulfills requests. Thank you for great :) The food is very good and above all fresh! The ladies from hyperthermia always have a funny saying in store and cheer up the whole thing. Thank you :) Stay that way! That's exactly how it is. The doctors and nurses are very empathetic and speak plain language. When do you get hugged by a doctor? I was also able to experience this there. Or where does the head doctor tell someone a few recipes before they start working? Exactly in BioMed :) The care is brilliant and the sisters also take time for a little chat. Now I almost forgot about physiotherapy, oweiaa. I have seldom had therapists who are in such a good mood. You can tell that you like your job. Thank you! Psycho-oncologist, I had my dream candidate. Take off your shoes and off you go. What great conversations :) All in all, a visit to this clinic is worthwhile. Certainly the construction is old-fashioned, but it is the results that count and this clinic also delivers them for patients with statutory health insurance. The people who work there manage to brighten up everyday life and put a smile on your face despite being diagnosed with cancer. Thank you for your work, your empathetic manner and that you do not regard cancer patients as numbers or guinea pigs. My grandmother was there in the clinic a few years ago. At times she felt a little better. We visited them often on the weekends. She passed away shortly after the treatment.

Visiting hours are posted online from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. came an hour later and wasn't allowed in until 3:30 p.m. Although the patient has no further therapy on the plan. Patient is bored upstairs and we are not allowed in. You can overdo it.

Ich bin so Glücklich diese Klinik gefunden zu haben. Bin da rein auf 4 Beinen und raus auf 2 Beinen. Das Personal ist MEGA freundlich und nett, alle wollen das Beste für einen,. Das Essen sehr lecker und auf extras wird eingegangen. Die Ärzte sind Wunderbar, psychologing ist der Kracher seit beging mit dabei. IDas wird jetzt mein 2ter Wohnsitzt sein. Liebe und Geborgenheit inkl. Die Therapien sind super, nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig. Die Zimmer sind alt aber sehr sauber also ich war schon darauf eingestellt und es stimmte alt aber sauber, die werden nach und nach renoviert. Liebe Grüße Rosa

I can highly recommend this clinic. I always feel very well looked after and cared for. All in all an incredibly friendly house. You always meet smiling staff, which is also reflected on the faces of the patients.

Ich kann nur diese klinik weiter Krebspatienten empfehlen die Angestellten sind alles super klasse obwohl sie sehr viel zu tun haben die Ärzte sind die beste Ärzte was ich jemals kennengelernt habe in meine Jahres Krankheit und wer biomet nicht gewesen wäre ich schon längst tot die klinik gebe ich Note 1 die Angestellte Note 1 die Ärzte Note 1 es ist schön dass es noch gute Behandlung und dass man wie ein Mensch behandelt wird danke an das Team der BioMed Annemarie Mills

Die Ärzte und Therapeuten sind gut bis sehr gut. Das Mittagessen ist leider nicht gut, das Gemüse ist zerkocht und matschig, dafür gibt es dicke Soßen dazu - was soll daran bitte gesund sein? Früher wurde scheints in der Klinik gekocht, heute ist es Fertigzeugs, wahrscheinlich aus irgendeiner Großküche. Sparen müssen alle Kliniken, aber bei Krebspatienten ist gute Ernährung nun mal wichtig und die muss ja auch nicht teurer sein als Kantinenpampe. Die uralten Teppiche in den Zimmern sollten mal entfernt werden. Auch der Aussenbereich macht keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Schade, die Klinik ist eigentlich immer voll, wenn ich komme. Also kommt Geld rein, mit dem man schon mal was verbessern könnte. Wenn es mir eh schon schlecht geht, will ich doch nix Kaputtes sehen.......... Den älteren Bewertungen nach war es vor ein paar Jahren noch besser, heute leider nimmer.

Hyperthermie sehr gut, Ärzte und Schwestern sind unglaublich nett. Zimmer dürften renoviert werden, aber alles ok. Essen ist gesund und lecker, Weinberge, Kurpark mit Therme und Bad Bergzabern Altstadt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Für Krebspatienten eine echte Auszeit!

We had a very bad experience here, my father in law went there with stage 4 cancer and came back much worse that before. The treatment they gave him there interacted with his chemotherapy and made him very weak. Worst of all, they have no liability since they brand themselves as an ‘alternative medicine’ clinic.

Ich gehe nun zum 5. Mal in diese Klinik und habe jedes Mal das Gefühl, meine Sorgen und meinen Kummer an der Türe abgeben zu können. Die Behandlung ist sehr professionell, alle haben Zeit, die Schwestern nehmen den Patienten auch mal in den Arm und man wird wieder vom zu operierenden Fleischstück zum ernstzunehmenden Menschen. Jederzeit bekommt man von den behandelnden Ärzten Tips zu weiterführenden Wegen, sei es Ernährung, Verhalten, Behandlung, Kollegen. Die BioMed Klinik war meine Rettung. Die Behandlung war und ist erfolgreich, denn ich bin krebsfrei!

Beste Klinik mit alternativen Therapien die ich kenne. Medizinisches Personal sehr menschlich und freundlich. Weiter so ☺️

Super Service

I have been a patient at the Biomed Hospital already 5 times and I must say its one of the best holistic hospitals in Germany. The staff and doctors treat you like a person and not just like a number, as in some other places. I was treated with Hyperthermia and after the week I felt strong enough to go back to my treatment back home. Even beeing back home in Florida, I get help and informations from Biomed about nutrition and treatments. Of course they can't do magic at Biomed, but I recommend this hospital for anyone that is open for complementary treatments.
