The Healing Oasis Reviews

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in July 2024. I found out about the Healing Oasis and managed to get in for the September 2024 cohort. The place is amazing at every turn, from the food with chef Shayne, to the treatments prescribed by Dr. Ceaser, to the support from so many people at the Oasis. It was a really healing experience, a serene place to be, a supportive environment, experiencing the time with other patients as well, and getting to know Dave's passion for helping people.

When I went to the healing center, my PSA was at 7.8. Now, about 6 weeks after the treatments, my PSA has gone down to 4.64. This is absolutely amazing, and I am so excited to see this progress. Dr. Ceaser prescribed a number of supplements along with a cancer-fighting diet, which is yielding really incredible results.

I am so blessed to have experienced the Healing Oasis. It has given me a new perspective and I am so hopeful about the future. I would recommend anyone with any stage of cancer to consider the Healing Oasis as a naturopathic treatment center.

Awesome oncology results after my stay at The Healing Oasis
Hello all! Happy Sunday! I thought I would share with everyone my latest test results. I have had colon cancer 3 times in 3 years and the latest cancer had metastasized into my liver making it stage 4. I had a major colorectal resection surgery combined with liver surgery in April of 2024. My wife found The Healing Oasis online and she booked our stay there this June. Staying at The Healing Oasis I believe really jump started my healing journey. I had my first follow up with my oncologist in August and the result was a mixed bag. At that time they had some concerns over “denser” spots from my CT scan that they just didn’t know what they were. Those spots could have been anything. So fast forward to Nov, I just had my 2nd follow up oncology appointment after my April surgery. My oncologist told me that those spots were either doing nothing or have shrunk or disappeared! I have ZERO signs of cancer! I have not had chemotherapy after my stay at The Healing Oasis either. First time I’ve had good news in 3 years! I thoroughly believe that my stay at The Healing Oasis jump started my cancer recovery and has given me tools to continue on. I stay away from all processed foods and always take the vitamins and supplements that Dr Cesar put together for me. Shane has given me great ideas to cook healthy whole foods on a daily basis. Lots of vegetable bowls actually. I feel like I have such gratitude and zest for life these days. I continue to email Dave every so often requesting new vitamins and enzymes when I run out. (Thanks for the enzymes tip Dave!). Dave and Jennifer and staff have been an inspiration to me and were wonderful hosts and put on a great campfire and dance night! So stay positive everyone! Healing can happen! Have a wonderful day
I just had my first follow-up scans after my time at The Healing Oasis, and I am happy to report that the only 2 remaining bone mets in my spine have RESOLVED!!! I also got word that my CTDNA test came back NEGATIVE. I am healing with Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and I have refused the harsh CDK4/6 inhibitors (after one cycle they caused my WBC to tank and my liver enzymes to sky rocket), and I have instead opted for an integrated approach with estrogen blockers and alternative therapies. The therapies at The Healing Oasis are world class, top of the line, and Dr. Caesar prescribes amazing, research-backed complimentary protocols. And my body is proof that they work! We loved our cabins at THO. We got to explore two due to some scheduling issues, but that just made our adventure even more enjoyable. Dave and Jenn are generous hosts (in mind, body and spirit), and the entire team is full of uniquely qualified and skilled caretakers. I felt every piece of the program was so thoughtful and awe-inspiring, we plan to make a trip each year (technically, I’m terminal so guess I MUST return annually, lol). The food was incredibly delicious and was exactly what a healing body needs, the lake and land were breathtakingly gorgeous and good for a healing mind, and a righteous group of heart-centered healers and humans were welcomed new friends and good for the soul. It was all I prayed for and imagined and more!!! Hope to see you there!
My family and I spent 4 weeks at THO. Upon leaving, I was gripped with the reality that more adventure on this healing journey lies ahead but with SO much hope. In my rearview mirror is a snapshot of bliss. Bliss is not a word that is usually in the vocabulary of a cancer patient. However, because of a God-shaped, God-sized dream and vision that was planted in the owners’ hearts, I experienced bliss with a side dish of hope. And so much more! Clarity, emotional freedom, peace amidst nature. Not to mention healing treatments that have without a doubt activated my immune system to do what the Creator designed my body to do….heal naturally. My 4 week visit was wonderful and in my spirit I know that it’s activated things within me that will cause a ripple effect for years and years to come.

For its inaugural year, I cannot say enough good things about this place. There are certainly things that could use tweaking from the perspective of a cancering adventurer, as well as considerations for those bringing a spouse who works remotely as well as teenagers, but I’m sure those are taken into consideration for future cohorts. Why? Because the leadership here aims to serve and hit the mark.

My big suggestion? Don’t just consider this place as a venue to heal post treatment, but rather BEFORE you run headlong into life-altering treatments. Give your body, spirit and soul a terrain makeover with the healing treatments the oasis provides so that your journey to remission is gentler, integrative and foundationally sound.
I was so looking forward to my drive to The Healing Oasis. It was a beautiful day and I was really enjoying it. Eventually, though, I was so exhausted that I had to stay in a hotel and finish the trip the next day. I had even considered sleeping in my car if necessary. I was totally spent.
My three weeks at The Healing Oasis was wonderful. I felt looked after, cared for. Everything was so professionally done - the treatments, the meals, everything that was involved. The beautiful, serene natural setting also was a contributing factor I believe. I am so appreciative for everything that you and your team did for me.
For my trip home to Victoria I had planned to take two days, given my experience three weeks earlier. I drove through dense fog and torrential rain for the first few hours. I wondered where I might stay that night. But as I kept driving, now through the worst of the weather, that destination became further and further away, because I still felt well and energized.
The next thing I knew I was at the ferry terminal in Vancouver! That involves waiting for the next ferry, the ninety minute ferry ride, and the forty minute drive home. Home is still about three hours away.
When I arrived home I was still feeling great; in fact, my friend told me that she had not seen me look as well in years.
I have you , your team, and the protocols of The Healing Oasis to thank for it - from the bottom of my heart. I would shout the praises of The Healing Oasis from the highest rooftops!
