Staff all very friendly and competent. Doctor in charge very approachable and caring. Condition improved whilst being treated there, although has deteriorated over the 6 months since I returned to the UK. Only downside is that the menu left a little to be desired, especially for vegetarians.

I received treatment there in 2018. Their post treatment evaluation showed insignificant improvement of the disease however the diagnostic tools that were used were NOT the appropriate ones for my type of cancer and they released me with a recommended further procedure for therapy at home that consequently led to the dramatic progression of the disease. I was only able to survive due to the reversible nature this specific type of cancer even in late stages (with conventional treatment). Now im taking them to Court!

My experience and outcome at Hufeland Klinik was incredible in spite of the changes they made to accommodate the covid 19 regulations. The staff was professional, the facility was clean and the food was great. The park across the street was incredible, the hiking trail behind the clinic was challenging and the town was a very nice place to visit with everything I needed including cafes, stores with organic foods, and a few really good restaurants. I visited Wurzburg and Nuremburg by train on my weekends when I felt up to it. The Doctors at Hufeland spoke English, which is the only language I know, and they were incredibly knowledgeable in what they do. I recommend this clinic.
I had done a couple years of major lifestyle changes in addition to working on the core issue or limiting (EFT) beliefs related to the cancer I have. The results of the intense work done at Hufeland and my inner work was a 90% reduction of one tumor and 35% in the other. I am continuing the treatment plan (supplements, detoxing, immune boosting, low dose chemo) at home. My voice is back where it was 3 years ago. I am excited about my future.

Steer clear of Hufeland Klinic!! I went there in 2017 and it was absolutely terrible. Whereas the treatment options and infusions are satisfactory, the place is cold and VERY unfriendly, the food was horrendous, carb-heavy and not at all nutritious. Someone should sue the for false advertising on their website. I literally had to beg for one juice a day!! And all they gave me was a tiny glass of carrot juice!! I came out of there with increased glucose blood levels, and increased cancer markers. It is run by the wife and daughter of the deceased founder - neither of which have ANY medical background. They also didn't bother to introduce themselves to me or speak to any of the 10 patients who were residing there at the time. Dr. Demuth is the main doctor and he is very melo-dramatic and un-approachable. His background is in cardiology .... The (only) other doctor ,during my stay, was a retired older man who frequently became flustered and confused. It's no co-incidence that there are NO DOCTORS mentioned on their website. The nurses were mostly kind, but de-sensitised. One of them actually yelled at me once over a mix up about an appointment. There was no warmth. The receptionist didn't like to be disturbed - ever! The psychologist was an obese woman who was obsessed with Disney land Paris and advised several of us to go there, as therapy. Two people died while I was there. This was not a reflection of the medical treatment they received at the clinic, BUT no-one from the staff spoke to any of the patients about it or gave us any re-assurances. They all acted like nothing had happened. In fact, there were signs on the walls advising/telling patients not to discuss our cancer with other patients. So it felt like a taboo to talk about the one thing we all had in common and desperately needed to talk about. It really was an awful place ...the owners are clearly only interested in making money and Dr. Demuth is so overwhelmed, that he is unable to be of any real value to his patients. On a positive note, the treatments and weekday infusions were all satisfactory but you can get all of those at all the other clinics.

One of the reason why I was looking for clinic with holistic treatment was to understand my illness. And I did understand my illness during my stay at Hufeland clinic. At the very end of my stay, but I did. I believe I will be ok. :-)

I felt ok on arrival and that continued except feeling a bit fuzzy headed. My tumor seems to be stable after treatment and hopefully will begin to shrink now that treatment has finished

Tumor remained stable (no enlargement or metastasis), overall health improved dramatically (stamina, all other biometrics, emotional well-being)

I have been diagnosed with Breast cancer ER+, PR+, HER2- (Stage 2) in March 2016. I refused all conventional treatments at that time and took time to research Alternative treatments. From 2016 till 2018 I was trying various protocols, went vegan, worked with my unconsciousness etc. In summer 2017 I noticed that the tumor has decreased and PET confirmed it, but in August 2018 it has grown back and was twice the size it was in 2016. It also expanded into skin on the breast and I had fungating tumor on the breast that really looked scary. After MRI and PET scan in August 2018 my oncologist confirmed that cancer has spread to lymph nodes (1 of them was enlarged, and a chain of smaller ones just under the arm were enlarged as well) and that since cancer is now in lymph nodes I was classified as Stage 3 patient.
In October 2018 after some research about alternative cancer clinics I decided to go to Hufeland Klinik in Germany, as it had the best survivor rates and I spoke to cancer survivors who were treated in the clinic before. I stayed there for 4 weeks in October.

When I came to the clinic my tumor was 5.5 x 3.4 cm, and I had a large lymph node in armpit and a chain of enlarged lymph nodes a bit down the armpit with the largest one being 1.5cm.

I must say the clinic is amazing, the doctors and the attitude towards you as a patient is top class, not like back home in the UK :) After I arrived, I had initial consultation with Dr. Demuth who seemed to me very knowledgeable. He examined me, I had an ultrasound there and he created a treatment plan and a schedule for 4 weeks.

My treatment included:
- Anti-cancer diet
- Low-dose chemo every Monday
- Hormone therapy
- Local hyperthermia
- Full body hyperthermia
- Daily immune and detox injections
- Ozone therapy
- Vitamin C infusions
- Liver support infusions
- Energy healing
- Acupuncture
- Electromagnetic healing etc.

I liked how they approach cancer, it is approached from all angles - diet, treatments, emotional support, energy healing and positive attitude and belief that you will be ok.

After 4 weeks of treatment, I had an ultrasound scan performed by Dr.Demuth and I was given Home Protocol to follow. Doctors asked me if I can come for 2 days in about 1 month time for my next dose of intravenous low-dose chemo and hyperthermia. They also said that it might take some time for the tumor to decrease in size, as when cancer cells die, they need to be flushed out and I needed to detox myself at home to see the result.

I left the clinic in November and planned to come back in December. (But not all patients are prescribed to come back, in my case I needed to monitor my tumor and wanted to be under their sight, as in England my oncologists didn't support me in my treatment choice).

When I returned to the clinic in December, my tumor has reduced to 3.5cm, and my largest lymph node was 0.5cm smaller, which was a good result. I had low dose chemo again and 2 local Hyperthermias during my 2 days stay there, and after discussing with my doctor about my treatment plan, he said that as the tumor is decreasing it means the treatment works and advised me if I can to come to the clinic next month for 2 days again, and then we see how the progress is and whether treatment plan needs to be revised.

In May 2019 it was my 4th time I visited Hufeland clinic and I must say I was excited to see the results. The tumor now is 3 times less than it was in October and Ultrasound couldn't detect enlarged lymph nodes :) a month before my May visit I had PET scan and it showed significant reduction in tumor activity , and one of the lymph nodes was clear compared to my last year's PET). So, I am glad that the treatment plan works, will need to come to Hufeland for 2 days again if the tumor stops decreasing in size.

But the main point to note is (how my Hufeland doctor says) - "it's not the clinic, chemo or drugs that help with the treatment, it's your own work and effort, positive attitude and calm mind that brings you the right direction. All these treatments are only 1/3 that contributes to your healing, you need to take ownership of your own faith and make sure you do everything possible to heal, without any cheat days (e.g. if sugar is not allowed - it means it is NOT allowed, don't deceive yourselves and have that small piece of ice-cream because it's your Birthday, unless you want to feed your cancer).

I am still on my journey to heal completely and hope that 1 day my tumor will just dissolve :)

I attended Hufeland klinik 2 weeks after mastectomy operation and after refusing chemo and radio in the UK. I spent 4 weeks in Hufeland and received various therapies such as fever push therapy, IV vit C, ozone. In the space of 4 weeks I received 4 fever push therapies. These are not the easiest therapies to endure but they are bearable. And most effective. Staff are highly professional, attentive and most reassuring. Accommodation is basic but to a good standard. Diet is vegetarian, not always most creative or tasty, but ok.The dinning room is a very pleasant room where people remain after dinner to chat, many good friendships are formed here. The treatment floor - top floor is well equipped with comfortable reclining chairs, and with beautiful mountain views. One feels looked after and taken care of. The basement floor is home to different holistic treatments, massages, colour and music therapies, reflexology etc. I had to return four more times to Hufeland to undergo fever push therapy for maintanance. Im in remission three years and 2 months now and doing great. I highly recommend Hufeland klinik especially to those newly diagnosed! Consult with Hufeland first, before agreeing to any operations or chemo and radio treatments! Where patients go wrong, they go through all the conventional gruelling treatments first, they weaken their immune system and approach Hufeland as a last resort.
