I made an appointment for a call back and was so pleased with the advice that Payton gave me for my daughter. She was so helpful in directing me to the correct clinic that can work with her lifestyle. The other thing that I have never been given was the first 3 digits of the phone # where the callback would be from. This way I could prevent missing the call or receiving another SPAM call. If you reach out, ask to speak with her. She has even continued to follow up.

My wife and I have been navigating our sons cancer diagnosis and treatments since May of 2024. Recently we started to explore treatments at clinics outside the US as there is no standard of care remaining for his rare diagnosis. To be honest the process of finding a clinic is daunting and it is hard to know who to trust. I am not sure how, but we stumbled upon Heal Navigator and Paityn. She is easy to get in touch with, honest and knowledgable about many of the clinics around the world. While we are still early in the process and have yet to make a decision as to which, if any, clinics we will pick, I can confidently say that Heal Navigator made this task much easier and gives us a level of comfort that whatever decision we make is a good one.

What is the price of the consultation?

Consultation Price starts at $199 and includes a 60 minutes 1:1 call, and follow up via email

I have just been diagnosed. When is the right time to start the protocol?

You can start using the fenbendazole protocol at any time. It is important however to review your lab work, current medications, and proposed treatment plan with a Heal Navigator nurse to be sure that there are no drug interactions and the protocol is safe for you.

What if I have questions after the consultation?

The nurses offers one complimentary follow up by email. You may purchase subscription for ongoing support and follow up consultations here.

How will the consultant contact me?

The nurse will send you a zoom invitation link prior to the consultation date. If you prefer to do the consultation over the phone, the nurse will call you at the appointment time.

Can you consult with patients who reside outside of the United States?

Yes, the Heal Navigator nurses can consult with residents of other countries. The nurses are willing to discuss the informed use of fenbendazole, supplements, cannabis and other modalities, but are not able to assist with accessing these or other treatments.

What is your cancellation policy?

With stage 4 colon cancer diagnosed 2/14/2022 and being told there is no cure was traumatic. My husband is still very ill but I have not given up hope. Nurse Kristin: I have never met a more kind, competent, intelligent, gentle, caring person in the medical field! Nurse Kristin is so knowledgeable and dedicated to helping us and the many other families that she is working with around the world. She had been an absolute angel sent to our family as we continue to care for our mother who has Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer. In just our very first conversation, Nurse Kristin may have just saved my mom's life by finding an undetected and misdiagnosed medical issue that is causing havoc on top of my mom's cancer. To say that Kristin and her level of experience is invaluable would be an understatement. She has helped me so much by educating me on my mom's condition and all of the treatments she is currently getting and how we might be able to supplement those to prolong her life. She is very honest and direct (which I love and appreciate), and she is always looking out for the best interest of her patients.
