Medical Condition Head & neck cancer (metastatic squamous)

Still cancer-free 5 years later!! Oncologists in USA were going to radiate and destroy everything from nose to collar bone, leaving no salivary glands, taste buds, or lymph nodes. After the first course of treatment with Dr. Herzog, the affected lymph node shrank to half its size and continued shrinking before the 2nd week of treatment a month later. After a total of 4 courses of treatment (3 weeks 1st time, 1 week each of the next 3 visits), the oncologists could not find any cancer on scans and visual inspection with a scope. Every time the tests come back clean (after having no treatment at all in the US), the doctor is amazed. If you want a beautiful facility, this is not it, but if you want effective treatment, try this first before the harsh treatment in the US that leaves you with poor quality of life! The only long-term side effect is a tiny bit of numbness in the big toe. My quality of life is fantastic!! Thanks, Dr. Herzog & team! Medical Condition Cancer

It's hard to judge the effectiveness of the treatment method since my daughter has died. We stayed in the clinic for 2 months, the treatments did not give positive results. There was a girl in the clinic who stayed longer than us, the therapy didn't help either, now she is also died.
The clinic is not suitable for a wheelchair. There is very difficult to use a wheelchair in the elevator, but if you have to use a bathroom or a toilet can't use wheelchair.
The food offered at the clinic is not really suitable, 95% of the products offered to patients, not good for a client with oncological. For such a daily fee, I believe that there should be a more appropriate meal for people with oncology. There is only one small product store in a small town where you cannot buy food that is suitable for oncology patients. The nearest shop where to buy products is 15 minutes by car.
The clinic is billed for payment, was too much sum. You should keep a detailed record of when and how much service is received. Getting invoices with the correct amount is virtually impossible because the executive director of invoicing does not want to correct them, even though detailed information was sent about the amount of services received. In our case, the amount was not fully corrected, and the Executive Director threatened me with court action if we didn't pay. Given that I didn't want to contend anymore, I paid more than I had to pay.
I found the executive director very unkind and impolite, which is very disappointing. I believe that such persons should not work in a medical institution where people with such a severe diagnosis are treated where only a positive atmosphere should be present. Other than this creature, the rest of the staff was always kind. Very unpleasant memories due to such a negative attitude from the executive director.
