Most main insurance plans are billed as a courtesy by the clinic for the covered services supplied. Depending on the plan, secondary billing may be possible. The majority of office visits and numerous labs are usually covered.

Most commercial plans, including most: 

• Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield plans
• the First Choice Health Network
• the Pacific Source Network
• the Providence Signature Network & Statewide Plans/Open Option
• Providence Preferred Network, Meritain (via the Aetna POS II Network)
• MODA Connexus Network
• Bridgespan
• And most recently the Aetna Choice POS II Network, have Jeanette Welker,  as a provider in their network.

This list is not a guarantee of coverage because insurance networks change regularly. Because each insurance provider has its own set of restrictions, it's best to double-check your policy.

Jeanette has opted out of Medicare. The clinic offers a reduced "self-pay" fee schedule for patients with Medicare or Medicare-type plans.
Medicare cannot be billed with this self-pay requirement, as mandated by Medicare. The clinic does not accept Oregon Health Plan at this time.
