The Center for Fully Functional Health (CFFH) was founded in 2011 by husband-wife physicians Dr. Ellen and Dr. Scott Antoine. Their goal is to use a functional medicine approach to identify and treat each patient by individualized protocols tailored to their needs and lifestyles.

Dr. Ellen has been a physician for over 26 years. She is dual board certified in Emergency Medicine and Integrative Holistic Medicine, this skillset allows her to quickly identify symptoms and their potential causes, while also applying her in-depth knowledge of the connections between multiple systems and their functions.

Dr. Scott Antoine
DO, FACEP, ABOIM, IFMCP
Dr. Scott has been a physician for over 27 years. He is triple board certified in Emergency Medicine, Integrative Holistic Medicine, and Metabolic, Nutritional and Functional Medicine.

He served as an active duty Army Emergency Physician for 7 years, including roles as Ambulance Service Medical Director and Chief of the Emergency Departments for both Fort Gordon and Fort Knox.

Dr. Scott joined his wife at The Center for Fully Functional Health full-time after recognizing the life-changing opportunities afforded by a whole-body approach that moves beyond the limits of traditional evidence-based medicine and band-aid treatment plans.

Dr. Ellen and Kathleen, NP have been literal life savers in my health journey. They are always very responsive, helpful and supportive. They have so much knowledge about the whole body and how to functionally treat it. Dr. Scott also has some amazing services he offers, such as NLP that has helped reframe my thinking and habits. I don’t know what I’d do without the whole team at Center for Fully Functional Health. I drive close to three hours just for them, because the care is that good. Highly recommend!

I am extremely grateful for Vine Healthcare. We have seen at least 13 doctors for my 9 year old daughter with Autism. Finally answers to her most confusing issues and a doctor who knows how to treat them. She has always had trouble taking the vitamins and medications prescribed before. She is improving steady without all the side effects we are used to. The most thorough workup we have had and finally got answers. I am beyond grateful.

When I was a little girl I was was born with a skin condition Nevus comedonicus, that would spread as I got older. I've seen many specialists as this rare illness and I've had several surgeries as it travels well below the skin after my last surgery at IU Health Methodist Hospital The nutritionist there recommended that I see Dr.scott Antoine with Vine healthcarecare as I had alot of other underlying Issues from been on and off of antibiotics for almost my all life there was alot of times I wish maybe that I would die but God give me the strength to fight this problem along with GI Issues with sinus and alergies I was always getting very weak and low on energy I am very happy with the experience with Dr. Scott and the whole Fully functional team .they are all very knowledgeable and helpful . I now have alot energy and my skin is so much better I have cured all my stomach Issues and not have any problems with my sinus or Alergies since I have learned alot about my health they also give a treatment and tools to help to cake care of me and my family as well I highly recommend Dr. Scott and his team for finding answers to any of your health concerns.. I highly recommend Dr. Ellen and the entire staff at Vine Healthcare. They’re a refreshing change if you’ve been dealing with symptoms that other doctors can’t seem to figure out or if you’ve been told, “You’re just depressed...It’s all in your head...Take this prescription...etc, etc, etc.” Dr. Ellen uncovered conditions that were severely impacting my quality of life because she was willing to look beyond the traditional standard of care. I particularly appreciate that she will give you solutions to treat your problems at the root instead of just masking symptoms. She will really listen. And she is empathetic because Dr. Ellen doesn’t recommend any treatment that she wouldn’t use herself/with her own family. Vine Healthcare has changed my entire family’s life. I am living a much better life in spite of having autoimmune disease. My husband, who suffered from severe, life-threatening asthma from a very young age, is healthier in his late 30s than he’s been his entire life. Even extended family members who haven’t been patients at Vine are benefiting from imitating what has worked in my family. It is hard to express how beneficial Dr. Ellen has been to me and my family. Even if you’ve been from doctor to doctor for years and years and you’re ready to give up I would recommend trying just one more time with Vine Healthcare.

Actions are stronger than words: I’ve referred countless people to Vine Healthcare, who have gone on to be patients and have significantly improved their health outcomes. I trust both doctors in treating my closest friends and family for the toughest and most complicated, not-yet-diagnosed things.Before becoming a Vine Healthcare patient, I had seen countless conventional doctors, holistic practitioners and done every modality you can think of over the years. Dr Ellen’s depth of curiosity, knowledge and attentiveness uncovered root causes to issues that had gone unaddressed over the many, many years of my health journey. We made more headway in my first appointment than the previous 10 years of work with other practitioners combined. I’ve been a patient for 6+ years and I’ve seen the practice grow and change over the years, but what has always been consistent is the dedication to learning and progressing what’s offered, as well as empathy for the patient (that’s rare elsewhere!). I do tons of research in wellness topics for my job and any time I come across something “new and cutting edge,” it’s already being offered at Vine Healthcare. After my daughter was diagnosed with PANS/PANDAS, we felt helpless. We had a hard time finding a doctor that had the knowledge and experience to treat this illness. When I called Vine Healthcare, Veronica at the front desk was like a breath of fresh air. She not only understood, she made me feel confident that I finally found a doctor that could help. She took her time with me and explained their approach and expertise. I immediately felt this would be worth the travel to see them. When we arrived, the entire staff was beyond welcoming and compassionate. We saw Dr. Scott Antoine. He offers an empathetic approach, is an active listener, takes his time, is resourceful, is encouraging and is willing to meet my daughter where she was at by being creative with her treatment plan. I have such relief that I no longer have to manage her illness on my own, and that we have a team that is partnering WITH us in our journey to heal my daughter's health, and return her to her life. We now have a hope that was lost before. I highly recommend Vine Healthcare.
