i'm struggling to think back to my first appointment as it was so long ago. i'm guessing at least 12 years ago, but maybe more. i arrived on time and was seen right away. there were no other patients in the waiting room, because i was scheduled for a first visit. mark reviewed every test result all doctors before him had ordered, and done nothing about.i was barely able to move. i couldn't stand for long periods of time, much less care for my two kids. i couldn't make it through the day without frequent naps. i was in my 40s and felt like an old woman. i felt so bad i cried every single day and even broke down during my appointment. that first appointment lasted 3 hours. for three hours it was all about me. no phone calls, no interruptions.mark told me he felt so angry for me. all the other doctors (over a dozen in all) ordered every expensive test they could think of. and the answers were right there - but they had no idea how to interpret the results.i scheduled new labs and went back to see mark shortly after. i was put on on new thyroid meds, given a whole slew of supplements to take and also received my first treatment of BHRT pellets. later that week mark called me and asked how i was feeling. has your doctor ever called to check on you? short answer, NO. not ever. (you know i'm right).the difference between mark and all the rest is he is a master diagnostician. he can look at your labs and will know immediately if you have not been taking your fish oil. he will ask why you haven't taken it, and when you tell him you ran out and didn't think it was that important he will tell you why you need to take it. he might even shout at you, and throw in a few choice words, but he will make you better. and the cursing? yep. he does that. and he will also let you know he's ready to see you by banging a giant gong he has in his office. so not only do you get a very passionate and brilliant mind, you get funny, too!all these years later and i have come to appreciate and trust this man as much as any close relative or friend. i look forward to my regular appointments and can't imagine the mess i'd be in without him. thanks mark, for everything.

It’s a shame because I am willing to keep going to the place because I paid ALOT for it and the doctor was great but he front desk staff is absolutely terrible. When i went to my appointment, I was suppose to be given a script for blood work, turns out in the mass amount of paperwork I got there was never a script (the receipt looks very familiar to a script). I had to schedule blood work for a certain time due to medical reasons which I was told to my doctor, to show up to a labcorp on Black Friday (again did not choose the date had to be specific) for them to tell me there was no script. So then I waited to Monday had to call 11 times in order to get someone on the phone cause no one would answer the phone during business hrs to have them fax it over to which then the front desk staff faxed over the paperwork crooked where the script was cut where I couldn’t be seen. So I’m outside of labcorp with a 3 and 5 year old waiting to send it again which then labcorp had to kick me out of my appointment and now considered a walk in. This isn’t cheap and insurance doesn’t cover any of this and to have the staff be rude and inconsiderate that this is people’s well-being and livelihood and trying to figure out what is wrong is an absolute nightmare.

Dr. Bartiss and his staff are trulwy a god send...I have been very ill for over 15 years...I had nothing but garbage doctors tell me I'm fine when in fact I was struggling in many ways. I found doctor bartiss ...within one extensive test he found out what was wrong and started me on a treatment that started working the same week I started it... I have felt more relief in one week than I have in years.... this doctor uses outside of the box therapies that actually work ! When I had my first consultation I walked out very educated and hopeful. Thank you so much for giving me a life back ! God bless this man and his staff 🙏

This place is a joke. Definitely not for anyone suffering from chronic illness. Dr. Bartiss checked out a long time ago and he gives the same speech to each patient with empty promises. The staff is absolutely ridiculous, I have never in my life seen a more incompetent staff. Office will also leave you hanging with no medication and they do not care at all especially if you aren't spending thousands of dollars a month of their so-called "treatments." I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, in fact, I have told people to RUN from this place. How dare they leave anyone with medication, that is unethical and dangerous!I beg you and am warning you not to spend a dime here.

I’ve been seeing Dr Bartiss for approximately 4 years, he is an excellent Dr with a staff that is second to none. I have a lot of issues and sometimes My temper gets the best of me and I loose control; despite my rage and attitude they all treat me with the warmest professionalism I have ever experienced with any medical professional. They are always attentive and prompt with medication refills In addition to being flexible with appointments. I never waited more then 5 minutes, however If I did I wouldn’t mind because of the tranquil atmosphere. I Highly recommend this Dr.
