Initial Consultation

• Dr Eric Chan, ND $300
• Dr Tawnya Ward, ND $300 (or $200/hour if less than 1.5 hours)

 Follow-Up Consultations

• Dr. Chan $80-150 (depending on time used; $80 for regular consultations, $150 for 30 minutes)
• Dr. Ward $160/hour (billed according to time used)
• Phone consults billed same as in-office visits
• Follow-ups and phone consults with Dr. Ward are billed at $160/hour.
• Typical follow up is 45 minutes = $120.

I.V. Treatments  

•   IV nutrient therapy $85 – $150 depending on doses and ingredients
•   IV vitamin C (depending on the dose of nutrients, range of vitamin C 12.5 g to 75 g) $110-$150
