I had online appointment with the clinic and first of all, call was cut off in the middle as the clinic does not have paid zoom subscription so we had to wait some time to resume the call.
I did not find that very professional but it’s not the reason for my low score.

The main reason for my rating in a that the doctor I spoke with would not interpret or read some of my test results as they did not order them?!! So that’s a huge negative for me and as I’m paying for the consultation they should be reviewing it but that was not the case.

The other reason for such score is that the second half of the “consultation” was the doc selling their many expensive treatments. Sure they sound like good treatments but it was a very hard sell and I felt this clinic may be more focused on profit than my well being.

Excellent and professional service, personally Doc. Ph.D. Maše Hrelec Patrlj. Very pleasant ambience, in accordance with the highest standards. The recommended therapy very successfully solved the problems for which I turned to them.

Words are not nearly enough to express my most sincere gratitude to the entire team of the Hollister Polyclinic for their humanity, selfless dedication, engagement, professionalism and approach to me as a person and as a patient. The manager of the Polyclinic, Dr. Hrelec Patrlj, is an extremely warm and compassionate person, yet a top professional and humanist - after hearing about my life story, she contacted me personally and offered me treatments for oncology patients at her Polyclinic!!

Excellent place, pleasant, good vibe, friendly people, without exception, everything is aimed at pleasing the patient ... support from the first day to the last. Therapy with vitamin C, ozone and especially the pressure chamber helped me a lot. I regained strength and faith in health, and most importantly, in myself. I feel great. I received very professional treatment, as well as the extremely correct and friendly attitude of all employees at the clinic. Therapy with ozone and high doses of vitamin C suits me and has already very quickly started to give positive results, which were manifested mainly in better well-being with more vital energy.

My experience at the clinic in question is disappointing. She performed 10 treatments of ozone therapy and vitamin C. The result that was presented to me was completely absent... For the money I left, which is ten thousand kunas, I expected at least some benefit. But I repeat, I haven't noticed any changes, let alone that what they promise and advertise has happened
