I had an appointment 3-4 months out and cancelled due to my issue was diagnosed by another doctor. I was told my deposit would be refunded due to the fact my slot would be filled by a long list of people on a cancellation list. I was not refunded . $200 down to greed. Can't be about helping people.

I waited 3 months to get in to see Dr. Guyer. I have severe non-diabetic neuropathy in my feet. It cost $400 for the first visit and I spent another $400 plus on products he recommended. So over $800 spent and none of the expensive products he recommended did anything to help my feet. 2 months after the initial appointment Dr. Guyer is finally ready to see me again. By then I was feeling foolish about all the money I had waisted and lost all confidence in this doctor.

Dr.Guyer is the best and so glad we found him. Very grateful to him and his wonderful staff for everything he has done for us.

Dr. Guyer, Dr. Amgad and their staff are professional, concerned care givers. I have severe Restless Leg Syndrome. I have been searching for a doctor to treat it with an iron IV infusion even driving all the way to Tenessee. Finally found Dr. Guyer and Dr. Amgad, who after a thorough examination, prescribed and gave me the iron infusion. That was 2 weeks ago and my symptoms are improving every day. The staff is wonderful. The treatments really work! Dr. Guyer finds the root cause of your ailments and creates an easy to follow treatment plan to recovery.

Dr.Guyer and his staff are wonderful. I have had chronic fatigue for the majority of my life. He has changed my life and I am extremely grateful for his care!

Made an appointment and was charged $200 for the privilege. Had to cancel the appointment for health reasons and canceled several weeks in advance.
Was told the $200 was not refundable. So I was charged $200 for them to do nothing.
Seems to be that it’s just a big ripoff & money grabbing organization. I would never recommend these people. This is lousy customer service!!!!!!

Unimpressed. After paying for labs (out of pocket) on October 4th, I was basically dismissed. Had to call multiple times because no one contacted me about results, after I was told my labs were lost. Labs were finally uploaded to P2P. I received a call from one doctor saying another doctor needed to review. TODAY (December 21st) I was contacted to discuss my labs. At this point, I’ve found another physician as my condition was time sensitive & The Guyer Institute clearly does not prioritize the patient.

I'm not a patient, but I come in monthly for IVs. I also get a lot of supplements from the supplement store. I love that this place is a one stop shop. The staff is helpful when I can't decide between supplements or on which IV cocktail to get. Everything I've done so far has made me feel much younger and I have tons more energy now! I love coming here!
