Wow! I intuitively booked in with Dr Michelle Woolhouse, and did she deliver. Dr Michelle, from the start of my appointment asked the opening questions for me to dive straight into my underlying symptoms and history. I felt completely Understood and Held, and left with 💯 support from a diagnosis , script and journey over the next month, when I see her again. Dr Michelle’s knowledge and wisdom for Women Health, shone through and I am excited to have had followed my gut on this one, as she is a Great support to n have on your side, particularly when transitioning through Peri Menopausal symptoms, which can be a daunting time in a Women’s Life.

Huge thanks to the team. Each person I dealt with during my sessions were caring thoughtful and bought into understanding me and my life with the intent of helping me. I hope to sponsor the organization and return some support to them after such a thorough and professional health check. They certainly are great allies to have on a personal and perhaps a corporate level. Thanks again to all of you.

The clinic provides different types of essential services. Staff are friendly, waiting room is clean and well lit. Most importantly, my doctor was very helpful, had time to listen, gave me appropriate advice and treatment. Truly integrative medicine, very thorough and professional.

I have been to many doctors over the past couple years presenting with heart problems that no one would take seriously, however after one session with Dr. Caitlin O'Mahony she was able to test and concluded that there was something abnormal about my heart, and that it was most likely that I had POTS. She is the first doctor that has actually listened to my concerns, and been able to assist me in a way that is comfortable, not resorting to a medicine fix straight away, but looking at the underlying issues that may be causing my issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Caitlin! She is so lovely, caring, and truly listens :)

I am very pleased with NIIM services. It’s a while I am seeing Dr. David Bird for my condition. He is very knowledgeable. The appointments are usually on time and they were very nice to me when I had a bad day and missed my early morning appointment. They kindly waived the cancellation fee and arranged a phone consultation on the same day. I really appreciate their understanding.

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and kind. They were also very thorough with information and compassionate in their approach. Very quick in communications. Very professional. And non-invasive, intriguing treatments provided. I had a pleasant and calming experience.

Receptionist staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr Tamara Nation is approachable and listens to my health concerns. She asks for my input into my health care and takes into consideration any suggestions I have. She is a caring and personable doctor.

My experience at the NIIM clinic has at times been quite extensive. I have been attending the clinic for a number of years now and I have always found the staff to be very supportive and caring and mostly my treatment needs have been met. I highly recommend anyone in need of support in an integrative medical manner to contact the clinic for further advice 🙂

Outstanding knowledge, care, and practitioners. Dr Sandra listened, empowered me totally, gave me clear direct way to assess, treat, and fix severe ongoing fatigue. I felt a whole lot better in a couple of months where nothing else had helped, and no one had an answer. She pinned it in 2 minutes, confirmed with diagnostic tests, and armed me with her extensive knowledge to treat, with a very clear plan. I was ready, and it was Life saving for me.

I met with Dr Chuni for the first time yesterday & was delighted with her professionalism, her caring nature, her engagement & medical care. She did not give me a list of supplements or products to buy but rather asked me to research various suggested natural therapies & supplements to discuss at our next appointment enabling me to make an informed decision moving forward. I found this very refreshing & feel I am part of an ongoing treatment plan. Highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of the NIIM Clinic and Dr Bird, whom I have been a client of for the past twelve or more years. I really don’t know where I would be without his help, his attention to detail and unwavering support and education. My health will never be perfect but I have made many gains and have a true understanding of my condition and why things have happened. The extensive testing, far beyond the constraints of Medicare, has been invaluable. Yes, it’s expensive and perseverance is necessary, but what price does one put on one's health? I’ve been dealing with chronic illness for almost 4 years, trying different methods with small improvements but nothing substantial, which adds to the debilitation. New light has been effortlessly added to my situation by a fantastic doctor at this clinic. New hope has been instilled for my condition as it is extremely difficult to gain insight. Very professional and helpful admin when I have had a number of requests/ questions, never felt like I was wasting their time. Dr Upfall has been fantastic. Very thorough, and very quickly came up with a life changing solution for my 4 yr battle having seen many drs and specialists to no avail. Highly recommend NIMM and Dr Upfall.

A wonderful and caring organisation. The National Institute of Integrative Medicine is all about patient care and compassion. They don't push pills but seek to find root causes of conditions and they take an all of body and mid approach. Its about prevention and tailored treatments including the most comprehensive array complementary therapies designed to achieve optimal health outcomes. Thank you NIIM for putting people first and looking after me and my family so well.

My daughter saw Dr Morgan and he was very thorough. She is reluctant to speak to doctors normally but has no problems opening up to him. Highly recommend him.

So good I love seeing Dr Chris he's so lovely to talk to he treats me so kindly and he really cares and respects you. He has alot of great information to share, can't wait to see him again.

Thank you Dr Iggy Soosay, you have found my diagnosis that no other doctor was able to figure out. I am so grateful. The prices seem expensive but you are paying for the expertise and skills of the doctors who work here and they are worth every cent. I am glad I made the decision to go to this clinic.

I’m torn on leaving this review. Firstly because I had a wonderful experience with Dr Sandra (4 stars), but your stance on not accepting cash has now lost me as a patient. Cash is legal tender. You are a clinic that is integrative and gives choice on treatments, yet ironically and hypocritically, you take the choice of payment away from people. Again, very disappointed and for this reason alone, I won’t return. Please state your reasons publicly for this decision.

Thank goodness this clinic exists! My appointments cost the same as my regular go who has half the knowledge! With Dr. Sandra, I had an hour in which she listened, advised and made suggestions based on what I wanted and needed, not on her own preconceived ideas. I'll never waste my time, money (or sanity) on a regular gp again. I finally have a diagnosis and an action plan.

Great clinic, went there with for health concerns that my gp was not at all helpful with. Professor Sali was amazing and incredibly caring. Highly recommend there IV treatments.

Seen Sandra parsons twice. A lot of money spent on appointments and tests. To have no answers. Told to buy way too many products as they “may help or could help”. Told to go home and read and read and read research and websites. Didn’t pay this amount of money to have homework. Felt like my symptoms were hardly listened too and I could hardly get a word in about myself just talking about research she has heard. Also told I was a helicopter mum as I mentioned having a hard week getting my daughter settled into kinder, and that has a negative impact on kids. Big assumption as she’s only met me twice. Left feeling scammed of so much money and no help no diagnosis no plan except buy more products and go see a gyno and see what their opinion is. Would never return. Very disheartened.

This is a review on the NIIM Clinic and Pricing (unsure if DR set or Clinic set). The prices at this clinic have risen significantly and the level of care has disappeared. This clinic is a shadow of its former self, no longer patient over profit, profit over patient.
