The Filder Clinic (Die Filderklinik)

Today, 4 Feb 2024, I took my kid to the clinic at 2pm. The nurse at the emergency clinic told me there is a 2 hour waiting time, I should go to esslingen, the waiting time there is shorter. I said that's one hour drive return, maybe not faster, she smiled and said "it will be faster than here". I asked if there is a open pharmacy in the hospital, she said yes with full confidence.SHE IS A TOTAL LIER! There is no pharmacy in esslingen hospital, the waiting time is 3 hours there. As a health professional she just wants to push patients away, from the beginning she didn't even take our insurance card, she just simply wanted us to leave.IT IS NOT OK for a health professional to lie with 100% confidence and a smile to people who need help. She should not work in a hospital, she is totally untrustworthy!BE CAREFUL WITH THIS CLINIC!It is scary to think, a little kids extra few hours suffering brings a smile to this nurse's face. It is beyond my understanding.

I had a very pleasant experience in the obstetrics sector on 01/08/2024. I had a natural birth after the first one was full of interventions in another hospital. The facilities are pleasant, the professionals are very cordial, kind and friendly. My colostrum took 36 hours to come down and my decision to wait without taking anything and putting the baby to breastfeed was respected by the team. From the initial service to the end I was very well treated and guided. I loved meeting fellow Brazilians and speaking a little Portuguese. Thank you all very much.

I came to the hospital at the emergency room because I slipped and bumped my head ,with very strong headache and feeling really dizzy, waited 4 hours, doctor didn't show any interest to do a scan....please avoid this hospital, go to Böblingen. It's a horrible hospital, if you want to live and not die in hospital, please avoid this hospital!!!

Where do i even start...I guess there are never right words to express Gratitude towards somebody who saves your life.The doctors and nurses of the peadiatric intensive care unit saved our sons life. I could write a whole book about it. I will be forever grateful. Its even unfair to mention names of particular people because the whole team was amazing. Not only amaizing but also professionally very competent and psychologically assuring to traumatized parents. I just wanna thank you guys. Thank you soo much for saving my sons life.Literally the best hospital.God bless you abundantlyAgape Sichone

One of the best hospitals in Germany I would say. Nurses and doctors were very kind and professional. Definetely the stuff they have is the hospitals jewel.

Hi,The midwives in the Die filderklinik are more encouraging and supportive during delivery of a baby and after delivery also ,so i am really happy with their services and careThank you Die Filderklinik for the best service.God bless you each and everyone

I hope you never need to deal with Frau C. Spang at the reception, but if you do, just know that she really into only communicating half of any rule, and the only half she's able to remember is the negative on.We were told that my mother-in-law could not see my new born, even though the rule was not "Sie can nicht", it was indeed, only one visitor at a time. (Covid restrictions January 2023)I think she just really like telling people no, it's also a lot easier that getting into all oh-so-messy empathy.Rest of the staff are all hard working and nice, but any staff this place employees to deal with intake or receptionist work are all apparently so tired of people that they have had their empathy torn fully out of their manners.

I came here today with worries because of my child. But the old nurse with the white short hair nurse in the Notfall Aufnahme is so unfriendly. She should know that those people come to her table are struggling (stress and worries) she should approach better and practice the friendliness.

I was blessed to be in this hospital for few days and the treatment was awesome.The doctors, nurses and management was wonderful.Thank you all for the warmth reception and perfect treatment you rendered me, I am very grateful.Thank you 😊
