Excellent physician. Serious.Well educated. Able to diagnose and treat conditions with homeopathy as well as medicine. 25 years as my physician.
Dr. Wessling is my primary care physician and he’s the most caring doctor I’ve ever had. He runs late but once he’s in the examination room with you it’s like he has no other patients and I’m the most important person on his mind. He cares and for that I’m so grateful to him and his staff.
I recently had surgery and had a variety of issues since discharge from hospital. I sent Dr. Wessling messages via the portal as I needed his assistance with several things.I recently received a bill from his office charging me for his time responding to my questions!!I have a Cardiologist, sleep medicine physician and Orthopedic Surgeon who I message frequently through their portals and they do not charge me anything!I asked for the policy and it states:"Consultations outside of regularly scheduled office or telemedicine visits, either submitted directly through the patient portal or relayed by telephone through the front office, will result in a charge. This includes requests for care and consultationSubmitted through the patient portalRelayed by telephone through the front officeMade during nights and weekends through the answering serviceCharges will be based on the time required of the practitioner, and on the same scale as office and telemedicine visits. For those with traditional Medicare, a lower fee schedule applies."I didn't realize I agreed to this. Buyer beware. Read the fine print before you use the message function in physician's portals.
If you’ve ever been in my situation, then you know how frustrating it is to have been to numerous doctors, still not getting the answers you need. Finally, I scheduled an appt with a doctor here and was hopeful to finally find out what exactly was wrong with me. It wasn’t until I showed up that they were having issues behind the counter after I signed in. A lady came out asking me if this appointment was a “check-up”. I told her no, in which she followed up by telling me that I have to reschedule because it had been 7 years since I’d been there, which meant I needed to “schedule as a new patient”. Thanks for telling me that when I got there. Left here in tears and fully frustrated.
Cindy Willbrand is my physician and every time I have seen her, she allows plenty of time get to the root cause of my complicated chronic issues. I never feel rushed and never feel like she has one foot out of the door, which can be so common in other medical facilities. I feel heard and I am met with compassion and such wisdom to help address anything that pops up. I trust her advice and recommendations. She works as a team in your care plan. She also sees two of my children and is really great with them as well.Barbie in the office is also great with doing IV therapies. She is highly skilled and pleasant to be in her company. The phlebotomist on site is top notch as well! I feel like I am in great hands at Webster Family Physicians. I feel truly blessed to be a patient here. If you are on a holistic journey or want to integrate a more holistic approach, this is the place for you!
Though it is very pricey to go here and it takes a long time in the waiting room, when you get into the doctor you realize why you waited so long in the waiting room because he does take the time with you as a patient to really go over everything that's going on. He is very thorough. That's why I keep going back because I appreciate that he takes the time to try to figure out what's really going on in your body and uses several different options of treatment.
Excellent wholistic care! Cindy is the best for me. Dr. Wessling is the best also, as well as the staff. I go there more than 25 years now.
Nice atmosphere. Helpful front desk. The doctor listens!
The Dr. Does a good job of getting down to what is wrong and you get treated. The two stars is because just plan to be there for hours waiting it's ridiculous. Just plan on being there for more than 2 hours waiting.
Dr. Wessling is my kid's physician. He is a great and talented doctor, that is hard to find. He helped us with many different health issues.
Dr.Wessling is amazing! Not only has he listened and start taken great care of my health, but also he is amazing to speak with at every moment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal thoughts and ideas! I highly recommend you becoming his patient today! Also, all of his staff is great – the are helpful and patient! #TeamDrWessling
I very much appreciate Dr. Wessling and his practice. I feel it’s important to have an MD in your corner even if you don’t have mainstream medical opinions. My son is very comfortable with Dr. Wessling. Dr. Wessling supports my parenting choices and for that I am so grateful.
It’s unfortunate that since I have been seeing Dr. Wessling I have always had to wait for at least one hour and sometimes hour and a half from the moment my appointment was scheduled. If you are willing to take a half day off work to see the doctor then it’s worth the time, but if you work and can’t have the privilege to do that I suggest going to a different doctor. It’s not a one time type on thing, it will happen every time. The Doctor is actually really goo and will get to the root of the issues you are experiencing but there is absolutely no regard for patients time.
Be prepared because the wait time is usually longer than the typical doctors office, but that is to be expected from a place where the doctors actually spend a decent amount of time with their patients and are dedicated to actually solving problems.
Cindy is Amazing! She takes time to sit with you and she listens. She will get to the bottom of your issues. The entire staff is amazing and very knowledgeable!
Dr. Cindy is amazing, wouldn't go anywhere else!
Had an apt at 11, showed up and waited for 45 min. One person went to the back in that 45 min. After i overheard them tell a lady and her child that they were next i decided to reschedule bc they were obviously busy. When i rescheduled, the receptionist was nice and apologized for the wait but then said i should call ahead of my next apt to see how busy they are...then what is the point of making an appointment? If i would have known i would be waiting 45 min (plus however long it took the lady in front of me to do her apt) i wouldnt have scheduled off work in the first place and would have just called on a day i had more time to see how busy they were. They should have communicated that they were extremely busy so that patients arent sitting and waiting for hours, a courtesy call before hand would have made the difference for me.
What kind of phone system is this for a business? Give choices..press number and hangs up....Hmmmm
Cannot seem to get anyone to return my call to make appt, voice mail box is full.......
Dr. Cindy is a Godsend. She goes over and beyond and even in times of crisis which we are still in with our son checks in and continues to find a cause and reason he is not where he should be. We have 100% trust in this amazing practice.
I can't get anyone to pick up the phone to make an appointment. The receptionist twice put me on hold with out even acknowledging me. Waited 6 minutes each time then gave up. Not a good sign for customer service.
Dr. Wessling treated all of our family through our children’s growing up years and continued to treat my husband and myself for another decade until we moved across the country. He dug deep to find the roots of our illnesses which helped us maintain and increase our health under his care. He also referred us to specialists when needed. As a parent, I was impressed that his treatment plans primarily avoided the need for antibiotics.Dr. Wesseling was the best thing that could’ve happened to our family, and I would highly recommend him to people searching for integrative, thorough healthcare.
