In my opinion Dr. Edelberg is the best of the best. He takes his time and answers any and all of my questions. I have never in my life had a doctor that was so knowledgeable and helpful. The apothecary is wonderful and to know that I can order supplements and have them shipped in no-time is a huge plus! The front desk staff is pleasant. An all-around great experience.

I've been coming to Whole Health Chicago to see Dr. Wendy for over 2 years now. I find her knowledge, medical advice, and professionalism to be some of the best around Chicago. I cannot say the same for front desk workers and "medical assistance" line workers. They are consistently and constantly rude, demeaning, and belittle you if you ask a question. I attempted to ask a simple refill question with no information asked about myself. Then I was told misinformation, then told to do nothing about it. Great doctors, TERRIBLE staff.

I had been struggling with health issues that other doctors were unable to diagnose when I found Dr. Jordan Neumann at WholeHealth Chicago. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Neumann and WholeHealth Chicago. After only 1 visit and 1 round of labs I am finally getting answers to my health issues. Dr. Neumann is very responsive to messages and is very compassionate and understanding. The staff is also very professional and responsive. I am so grateful to have found this practice.

My initial meeting with Dr Edelberg was good. However I questioned him about short cycles on the Wiley protocol and he didn't give me an answer. He kept the meeting general and positive.

Michael (trigger point therapist) and Jordan (Nurse Practitioner) are some of the most compassionate medical providers I’ve ever met.This was a remarkable experience. After one treatment (more to come)my neck can move in ways I haven’t been able to for about 3 decades. And I walked today without a burning sensation in my hips. I have hope I can have a more normal quality of life still yet to go for hopefully many years to come!Update: 12/29/22:I HAVE NOW HAD 5 SESSIONS AND WOW! I can walk with very minimal discomfort. I actually did 1/2 of yoga this morning. I could barely walk 3 weeks ago from decades of severe fibromyalgia (diagnosed by the amazing Dr. Edelberg who started Whole Health Chicago). MY LIFE IS CHANGING FOR THE BETTER. I AM TRULY ELATED. I love these practitioners. Thank you, thank you!

Dr. Edelberg allayed my fears of typical age problems and cited to recent medical research and recent medically accepted standards in addressing my particular concerns. He was at all time patient, gracious, kind and a teacher. I regret I only get to see him once a year for my check up because he is a podcast of health information, integrative care and treatment.

Dr. Scott has been the first doctor I’ve seen in over 8 years that truly cares about her patients and wants them to be an active part in their health.I’ve seen her twice thus far.First visit, was very thorough, she took her time with really listening to my concerns and questions. I felt respected, heard, and hopeful! Which in my experience, has been very rare in medical professionals lately. She ordered blood work which took a total of 5 minutes.My second visit, she went through each blood test result and explained in layman’s terms in order for me to understand what nutrients/vitamins I was deficient in and how they effect my current conditions. After my visit, I decided to get another IV infusion which helped with my symptoms, just as it had before.The office was very comfortable and had such a calm, relaxing vibe to it. RN Ameera was extremely friendly & ensured I was comfortable when receiving my IV infusions. I was blessed to meet Dr. Scott’s mother who was just as much of a delight as her daughter!I would 5/5 recommend Dr. Scott based on her compassion, detailed explanation of test results, recommendations to other medical references from current patients, and the fact that since I’ve began implementing the changes she outlined, beginning IV infusions, and taking the suggested supplements. I’ve noticed large results & am beginning to feel more whole than I have in quite some time.

I LOVE Whole Health! Caley Scott is amazing! She spends a lot of time going over everything with you. I really love getting the blood work done and getting supplements tailored to my needs. I feel more energetic, healthier, and way better since going here. I recommend Whole Health to everyone!

Dr. Scott is one of the most thorough and diligent doctors I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She very clearly cares about her patients and is extremely thoughtful. The nurse Ameera is so friendly and caring, very reflective of the doctor she works under. Would recommend Whole Health to anyone :-)

The myofascial trigger-point therapy with Mike and Mark has been hugely beneficial in treating my neck injury. After years of PT and yoga, the trigger point therapy has finally given me the mobility and pain relief to work without constant neck pain. Highly recommended!

I've been seeing Wendy for years and she is always so helpful and instrumental in creating a positive experience (not something I'd say is common at a doctor's office). I like the WholeHealth approach that looks to address any issues or concerns from the inside-out and I feel like she really listens to me. Highly recommend.

I have not been seen here and that is why my review is 2 stars. I have reached out multiple times to get scheduled with multiple doctors and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I made multiple online requests, called multiple times, and was not able to get scheduled with any professional. All I was able to get was promotional newsletters. I work in healthcare so I realize that front desk workers have a lot on their plate but definitely feels like my interest in this practice was completely ignored.

I had a wonderful IV treatment experience a few days ago! It was very spa-like! I got to put my feet up, listen to some music and relax and even nap as I received the IV! I was offered a hot beverage on a cold day. The entire experience was flawless from beginning to end and I felt very pampered! And I was easily able to pick up some supplements on my way out. Thank you to the amazing staff at Whole Health Chicago!

This used to be the greatest place, but a lot of the practitioners left and some not so great changes happened. I went there for years and loved it. Now sadly, I will find things on line and go elsewhere. Too bad. It was a great functional medicine spot.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Unprofessional and worst care I have ever received in my life. The MD I saw had 0 idea how to administer a test and had 0 idea what my medication was (very well known and common PPI). They also submitted for lab work after I had asked them not too and now I am stuck with a huge bill. Would not recommend.

For the past seven years I’ve been a patient at Whole Health Chicago. Dr Edelberg is the best doctor I’ve had in my 58 years of life. My health has improved greatly since he has been my physician. The staff is wonderful and I enjoy being a patient here.
