Medical Condition Prostate Cancer

My husband received treatment for local prostate cancer. None of the treatment here showed any benefit in resolving his cancer. Three weeks of treatment is not going to cure cancer. He took home Apatone and GCMAF. One of the doctors there asked why he didn't just have his prostate removed. That convinced us that not even the doctors there believe that the treatments will work. What CHIPSA is selling is hope, pure and simple. Unfortunately, what they offer will help very few. Possibly if you pursue conventional treatment and use some of their therapy as an adjunct you along with the Gerson diet you may have some success. I now know of three people who were at the clinic when my husband was there who have passed. It's very sad and we too had hope. My husband ended up having a prostatectomy. Should have done that first. Possibly the GCMAF has some benefit, but who knows.

Medical Condition Refractory DLBCL

April 2023: *Update: Not even two months after my mother completed “treatment” at CHIPSA, she is now dead. If she would have pursued conventional treatment there’s a good chance she would have been cured. Please don’t gamble your life away at this place.
******************************
My mom has refractory DLBCL and went to CHIPSA hospital for 3 weeks from Jan-Feb 2023. They charged her $46500 USD and gave her all sorts of “treatments” which were more like torture. She described them as way worse than chemo. Five minutes before she was supposed to leave CHIPSA, a “doctor” met with her to let her know that she should go home to Canada and do the chemo the doctors here recommended. Her Canadian CT’s show that in the month that she deferred chemo to try CHIPSA her tumour grew four times the size. She is currently bedridden and requiring bi-weekly blood transfusions. They plan to start chemo tomorrow, but the doctors are concerned about major complications (tumour lysis syndrome) due to the bulk of the tumour now. I know cancer and end of life are scary, but this place will not solve your problems. The five star reviews are fake. I don’t know how the people who work for CHIPSA sleep at night. This place is a scam.

Medical Condition Thyroid Cancer

My wife was dealing with Stage 4 Thyroid cancer. She had radiation treatment which was pretty effective for year or so. The cancer started to come back and she was set to start chemo (in the USA) at Kaiser.

She heard about CHIPSA and wanted to try it. They don't guarantee a cure.
When she told me about the program, I figured worse case, her condition would stay the same.

Her Kaiser doctors (in the USA) said the cancer was coming back but pretty slowly. When she got back from her 3 week treatment the cancer had suddenly picked up speed. To make things worse, she started to lose a lot of hair, which was very traumatizing for her. The CHIPSA treatment included a "weak" chemo with supposedly no side effects (the CHIPSA doctors said hair loss would not be an issue for sure). Her hair loss started a few days after returning home. The so called "weak" chemo was strong enough to cause massive hair loss but completely ineffective against the cancer itself.

On top of that, she developed 2 serious bacterial infections, one in her lungs
then one in her intestines. Both infections were difficult to treat and both
were very hard on her. Do I know she picked up the infections at the CHIPSA clinic ?
I can't prove it but the timing is highly suspect. She had to delay the start of her chemo
till both infections had been resolved by which time it was basically too late.

She passed away 5 weeks later. If I could go back in time I would have
stopped her from going to CHIPSA, it was a huge mistake.
The trip wasted precious time and caused her harm.
I'm sick of people exploiting the fears of cancer patients for financial gain.
They know cancer patients are desperate and they prey on them.
They typically promote a few miracle cures largely based on anecdotal "evidence".

So basically we paid $35,000 only to have my wife return in worse shape than
when she went down there in addition to the time wasted.

My advice is, stay clear of CHIPSA and don't trust people peddling miracle cures.
Use the time saved to do something actually beneficial for yourself or your loved ones.
Don't make this mistake like we did.
I lost my beautiful wife as a result.

Medical Condition Ovarian Cancer

Beware! Are you thinking about coming to C.H.I.P.S.A. Hospital for alternative cancer treatment that you can’t receive in the U.S.? Read this BEFORE you make your decision.

On June 12, 2022 my 64 year old sister who had battled stage 4 ovarian cancer for the past 3 years flew to C.H.I.P.S.A. Hospital ALONE to receive alternative cancer treatment after her doctors advised her to seek Hospice care.

My sister paid $32,000 to go there for 2 weeks of treatment.

When I talked with her during her first week there she had received the IV apatone. By the start of her second week, the hospital was telling her she needed to stay a third week and by the end of the second week her organs started to shut down, by the third week she was in complete organ failure. All information we were receiving was coming from the patient coordinator who was assigned to her when she arrived.

My sister died on July 4, 2022 ALONE in a foreign country.

We have NO WAY of ever knowing what treatments of the $32,000 she paid for were actually administered.

I’ll save you from all the craziness we had to go through and additional money we had to pay to get my sister’s body and personal belongings back.

What I want to point out in this review is that C.H.I.P.S.A. Hospital has been in business since 1979 (per their website). That’s 43 years. On Google there are ONLY 110 reviews, 19 that are 3-stars or less. One hundred ten reviews… I wouldn’t go to a restaurant that only has 110 reviews, ESPECIALLY if it’s been in business for that long!

One more fact to point out. C.H.I.P.S.A. Hospital’s website references that they are “the Gerson hospital”. C.H.I.P.S.A. Hospital might incorporate Gerson therapy in the treatments they provide however they are NOT a licensed Gerson clinic (https://gerson.org/licensed-gerson-clinics/).

Bottom line, if you are going to go to C.H.I.P.S.A. Hospital, please don’t go there alone!!

Derek O'Brien for Kaoy Saechao
Medical Condition Stage 4 Lung & Brain

Ask CHIPSA if they remember Kaoy Saechao! They took over $33,000 from her, and then told her she would have to go back home after 3 days there, BUT promised to refund her $19,641. This was in November 2019. Kaoy died on January 5th, 2020. She has a son who needs this money. CHIPSA paid back $5,000 in July 2020, and $4,500 in October 2020. And that was due to me chasing them for payback. The employee who I was dealing with has left, and they ignore any requests. They still owe Kaoy $10,141.53. This is going to be paid back and this scam will be exposed. They have the money, but they do not think anything can be done because Kaoy was from Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. They are wrong! And Doctors in Canada say CHIPSA was negligent and not trained well, because the medicals we sent them clearly showed she was too far along to be cured.

NOW IT'S JUNE 1, 2021

Well......Kaoy Saechao (and her son) is STILL waiting for the balance of the money owed to her, even though she passed away on January 5th, 2020. Her son requires the balance of the refund to help support himself. He was with her during her very short stay at CHIPSA. 18 months have gone by and he is STILL waiting for the balance of his refund!

Medical Condition Stage 4 Colon CA with Mets to Liver and 2 nodes

I know that many patients had positive outcomes while receiving treatment at CHIPSA. The immunotherapy simply didn’t work on my type of cancer. It was devastating when you put all of your hope (when oncologists at home gave you none)into a program that did not succeed. I learned a lot, changed my entire life (all green.....everything), and beating this horrible disease anyway :)

Medical Condition Pure Seminoma Testicular, stage 1

I'm a bit of a rare case, because most people come here when conventional medicine has not worked or they were sent home to die. Being someone who has known of the Gerson Protocol for years and living in Canada where are health care system is terrible in regards to integrative medicine I came here. Being a person that at a young age knew that most MD's don't ever fix anything, rather just mask the symptoms, I knew building the system up via overdosing on nutrition was the answer. Who would have thought? The easiest thing for me to do would have been to stay home and have the tumor removed and carry on. However I knew that all the various new treatments they added in addition to Gerson Protocol would have dramatic positive impact on overall health and protection against a reoccurring cancer down the road. Reason being is, for anyone considering, the dendritic cell therapies, along with some new immunotherapy's they have introduced, will train your immune system to recognize the cancer cells and abolish them. That's the missing link that most people don't understand. If your finger gets infected, cutting it off isn't the answer. Training your body to fight it is. This is why I will always implement these systems and continue to go back a few times a yr as a health retreat. I'm hoping one day, there will be more people like me who recognize, this is not the last stop when conventional has failed or given up. This should be looked at as, not just a place to go heal cancer, but rather a place for overall conditions. Anyone that goes here that has other health issues, will see great improvement. People need to look at these places as healing centers not a last ditch attempt. I'm hoping one day we will have clinics all over North America like this, that people go to like a gym to maintain health. After all, the cure for cancer is not getting it in the first place. The people there are very friendly and the staff do go the extra mile. You don't feel like a number and as busy as these Dr's and nurses are, they take the time to go over things and bend over backwards. No one is perfect, however you do feel like you literally have personal assistants getting you anything you need. I wish I could remember all the Names of the people I made contact with, but a shout out to Dr Matt, Dr Menes, Sara Peterson, Lola and all the other nurses and coordinators. Even the girl at the front desk at the outpatient clinic is such a caring person. Nothing is a guarantee in this life or clinic and they won't promise you anything. But I can promise you, that you will get better results here then conventional. Ive seen a lot of people that were given death sentences make miraculous remissions and are still here today, you should too.

Medical Condition Cancer, squeamish cell carcinoma on vulva

My wife was at the clinic Nov/Dec 2017 as an out-patient, we were picked up at the Airbnb place we rented, by the hospital every day and got transportation back to the residence. The cost was $24'000 for 3 week treatment.
The treatments worked wonders for my wife. The diet (modified Gerson diet) is a bit boring, but if you have cancer then it is a small thing to endure. We felt a nice care given by the really friendly staff.

The treatments included a low dose chemo, vitamin B17 (Leatrite) IV, high dose of vitamin C with K3 IV's, Coley's bacteria treatment shot(for waking up the immune system) vitamin B12 shots, Ozone blood infusion, hyperbaric oxygen treatment (2x atmospheric pressure with pure oxygen to breath in), 3 times a day coffee enemas, infrared heat treatment, Gerson diet with many juiced drinks etc.

Perhaps looking back it would have been good to get a thorough assessment with the doctors before discharge, and perhaps she would have survived if she stayed longer?
We took 3 month worth of treatment medication home ($8000) but the medication was not enough to prevent my wife's cancer to rear it's ugly effect again. By the time we realized that she was failing fast, we could not travel again back to Chipsa. After 1/2 a year passed by she went to be with the Lord.

Medical Condition Stage IV Lymphoma

After 3 weeks of going through 7 therapies I was cancer free. I was so sick the whole time I was there but having my sister there to help me was huge and everyone was so very nice and encouraging. After 6 months I’m still cancer free and found a doctor that will continue some maintenance treatments actually covered by insurance. I now eat organic - take all my supplements supplies by Chispa - do coffee enemas daily andantes getting stronger every day.
